At the time there was no co-vid virus pandemic in Romania or in the world for that fact so the curfew in Romania had nothing to do with stopping a disease such co-vid. But there was the virus of totalitarianism in the form of “state” communism being orchestrated by a pusillanimous, craven controlling dictator that needed to be preserved. The communist dictator was Nicolae Ceausescu who was the President of the Socialist Republic of Romania from 1974 (and leader of the country since 1965), along with his wife Elena. The curfew he imposed was to stop the growth of the virus of freedom, independence and liberty the Romanian people could only dream to have for themselves. Then in December 1989 the virus of freedom, independence and liberty matured.The curfew being imposed by the California dictator Gavin Newsom has absolutely nothing to do with stopping the spread of the co-vid virus or of “flattening the curve”, which was the initial purpose of all the draconian measures we have experienced in this democrat dictatorship. Very few people are out spreading the virus past ten o’clock at night. Seriously! No – the REAL purpose of the curfew is as follows, in my opinion:
to control the roads
to control transportation and movement of citizens
to enable apprehension of enemies
to provide cover for deep state activities that will occur at night and to minimize witnesses and observation
to acclimate the citizens to a climate of being on war footing
to facilitate night time arrests of counter-coup patriots

Toward the end of the 2nd century B.C., the Roman republic had reached a crossroads. The threat of rival superpower Carthage had been extinguished forever. Via extensive conquest, Rome now had to govern lands not just in its own peninsula, but from modern Spain through North Africa, Greece, and beyond. It was this expansion that brought new geopolitical regions to control with military might, economic and cultural conditions to consider as populations of a vast variety entered the Roman world, and internal political division and strife that an abundance of success brought.
If this sounds strikingly similar to the modern American condition to the reader, it should. It was this historical crossroads that led to the fall of the Republic and sent Rome into a dictatorship from which inevitable decay and collapse followed. A study of these events may shed crucial light on how America may avoid the same fate.
In the year 116 B.C., Rome had on its hands an odd military conundrum: the great nation that defeated the Carthaginians and Greeks and was stuck in a military quagmire with the…Numidians in Africa. The guerrilla tactics of their leader Jugurtha caused what should have been a mop-up military operation to become a war that dragged on for years. At the same time, Roman citizens began to become restless not only with this, but also with the state of operations altogether. Rome had beforehand always used the citizen-solider as the core of its military. These property-owning farmers, whose interests tied directly to that of Rome itself, could no longer soldier in the far stretches of the Roman world and maintain their own estates. Many in fact lost their property to the more wealthy while serving abroad. This meant that the foundation of the military could no longer be the citizen-farmer who went on seasonal campaigns. It was Gaius Marius who offered a solution to this dilemma.
Marius, elected to consul in 107 B.C., resolved this manpower problem “by the simple but bold expedient of enrolling the propertyless into the legions” and quickly defeated the Numidians (Nagle, p. 331). It was at that moment that a Germanic threat emerged from the north and threatened invasion of Italy itself. Marius, re-elected as consul despite it being illegal, took his newly formed legions to meet the challenge and decisively won, making him a hero of Rome. He was to the Romans a man who got things done. Further, land was to be granted to all veterans after a fierce political fight in an attempt to unify various structures of the Roman population. But this was not to be. The new power of the military became a potent political tool, and the temptation to use it became too great.
It was the economic and cultural conditions of the time that led to the so-called Social War. Complaints over citizenship and its rights, wealth disparities, and vast feelings of being disenfranchised perpetuated among the people. Perhaps sensing weakness, the King of Pontus, Mithridates VI, invaded the Roman province of Asia in 88 B.C. and massacred 80,000 Romans (333). Something had to be done. The ultra-popular Marius and the current elected consul, L. Cornelius Sulla, both vied to command the army to confront these issues domestic and abroad. To resolve the issue, Sulla did the unthinkable for the Roman world. He marched on Rome; drove out Marius by force; and initiated a reign of terror to remove, or kill, political opponents; redistribute wealth; and most importantly “stack” the Senate after killing 200 of its members and then adding an additional 400 of his choosing to its ranks (334). No more free elections, no checks and balances, and a dictator from 82 to 79 B.C. had emerged in the blink of an eye. The civil wars of Rome would follow, with Caesar emerging as victor until his assassination. From there, Caesar Augustus would take full control and officially transform the once illustrious Roman Republic into an empire that never truly regained its majesty.
The problem for Rome, like America, was never one of the military or its prowess. It was its socio-political conditions. Rome was in the mid-2nd century what America was as the 21st century A.D. began: the economic and military superpower of the world. Should Rome, like America, have been able to deal properly with its new challenges, it’s hard to believe that any other global power could have ever seriously challenged it. Further, it’s hard to believe that Rome’s fall in later centuries would have ever ushered in the Dark Ages. But Rome was not able to deal with its internal struggles effectively.
America should take note. What are the lessons to be learned?
First, many readers may note how eerily similar the Roman expeditions into Numidia sound to 21st-century American intervention into the Middle East, or even Vietnam in the 1960s. In the Roman world, this called into question the competency, and even judgment, of the ruling class. Citizens wondered, how can the mighty Roman forces devastate Carthage but struggle so badly with little Numidia? Similar concerns have been raised about America’s ability to defeat the German and Japanese war machine but struggle with its own “backwater” countries. It’s worth considering the socio-economic effects these wars can have, especially when utilizing resources for domestic use may be more strategically paramount. Should thought, effort, and money have been spent at home for the Romans, it’s probable that a lot of its internal strife could have been dealt with satisfactorily and its national debt held in check.
Second, divisiveness creates populism and centralized control that can later be turned on the citizenry itself. The primary goal of the Roman governing world had long been to “Romanize” new populations and to protect its citizens’ rights, property, and lives from foreign “barbarians.” When that goal began to shift into redistribution of wealth, power politics, and a weakened middle class as wealth disparities grew, populist politics emerged that resulted in an internal us-vs.-them scenario. This reached its first (but not last) pinnacle in the Marius-Sulla contest that nearly ended the Republic then and there. It was this divisiveness that led to the stacking of the Senate, much like current threats of stacking the Supreme Court, which dealt a critical blow to the freedom of Rome. Later factions with Julius Caesar, Pompey, etc. would eventually finish the job of eliminating the vestiges of the Republic.
Simply put, the house divided cannot stand. Not for the Romans. Not for the Americans.
Coronaviruses seem to be everywhere. They are on both sides of your mask and even (likely) in your body already. I’m not an expert on masks or filters, but it seems to me there are four basic possibilities.
1. The mask keeps the virus out.
2. The mask keeps the virus in.
3. The mask biases the likelihood that the virus will move from one side to another.
4. The masks are utterly worthless.
Possibilities 1 and 2 have been claimed at one time or another. We have been told to wear the mask to protect ourselves or to wear it to protect others.
Possibilities 3 and 4 have been less directly addressed. The recommendation is to wear the mask because it might help.
But does the mask actually keep the virus from moving from one side of the mask to the other? Let’s pretend the effect is absolute, just for a moment.
If the virus is kept on the outside of the mask (option 1), then it isn’t necessary for everyone to wear a mask, at least not to protect others. People can be protected by wearing their own masks.
If the virus is kept on the face (inside the mask — option 2), it’s likely that you breathe it in and provide a better growth environment than it would find on the outside. As it proliferates, you may get sick, whether you are symptomatic or not. This would correlate to increasing numbers of cases in areas where masking is prevalent.
Possibilities 3 and 4 are just cases 1 and 2 with a lower probability that the virus will be kept on whichever side of the mask it’s currently on. You can still get just as sick or stay just as healthy.
Being forced to wear the mask risks your health in three of the four scenarios. In the fourth (option 1), other people can protect themselves.
To ensure that the nation’s realtors are politically correct at all times, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced that its members must now adhere to a new speech code that prohibits anything that might be considered “hateful.”
While the NAR has long required its members to behave professionally while on the job, its new “Standard of Practice,” known as 10-5, will require the same while realtors are off-duty – meaning their entire lives will be policed in accordance with the approved new speech code.
“REALTORS® must not use harassing speech, hate speech, epithets, or slurs based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity,” an announcement reads.
“Additionally, the recommendations propose changes to professional standards policy to expand the Code of Ethics’ applicability to all of a REALTOR®’s activities, not just those that are real estate-related.”
In other words, if a realtor is having dinner with friends and speaking privately to them, he or she could be punished if anything stated inadvertently “offends” someone else – even if it is taken out of context.
The goal, of course, is to ensure that realtors are selling as many houses as possible and raking in the most amount of dough for the NAR, which recently launched a “That’s Who We R” ad campaign in promotion of the new speech code.
“Whatever it takes to get that ‘SOLD!’ sign!” joked Not the Bee.
The National Association of Realtors rejects the First Amendment
While the NAR is not a government agency with any type of enforcement power, it is the nation’s largest trade association. The NAR also holds enormous sway over various state licensing boards to the point that “bad actors” can very quickly and easily be blacklisted for non-compliance.
“If you don’t comply with the new speech codes, you risk being reported as a bigot to your state licensing board which determines whether or not you can continue to work as a real estate agent,” notes Not the Bee.
The NAR revealed much the same in an announcement explaining that associations will be required to share with state real estate licensing authorities their final ethics decisions, holding realtors in violation of the Code of Ethics “in instances where there is reason to believe the public trust, as expanded by the proposed revision, may have been violated.”
It is almost like Big Tech constantly censoring content that people find “offensive,” except in this case it is a behemoth entity holding realtors accountable for everything they do in all areas of their lives.
As you may have figured out already, Black Lives Matter (BLM) is largely behind the changes, as it has been pressuring groups like the NAR to make dramatic policy changes in response to the reported death of George Floyd.
“Discussions started in the wake of nationwide social unrest after the death of George Floyd and after local, state, and national REALTOR® associations fielded an ‘unprecedented’ number of complaints about members posting hate speech on social media.”
“Hate speech,” as we have covered, typically includes anything that upsets liberals and “people of color.” Bashing Christians, conservatives and white people online is totally acceptable, on the other hand.
In the NAR’s frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, a question is posed about what happens in the event that a realtor posts an opinion online that someone does not agree with. Would this cost a realtor his or her membership and force that individual out of the business?
The NAR’s answer is basically yes, though it took dozens of confusing words to make it not sound like the censorship that it actually is.

The 2020 Presidential election is just as rigged as Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) case counts, the fraudulent death certificates, and Big Pharma’s vaccine efficacy studies, and these FRAUDULENT REALITIES are on the verge of merging and becoming a weapon of deprivation and medical tyranny, forced onto the American people and the rest of the world.
A new wave of lockdowns and economic restrictions are being put in place, and more targeted chokepoints are being planned for vaccine distribution, to force populations to submit to Moderna and Pfizer’s new mRNA cell-altering experiments. The Biden transition team is cozying up to the vaccine makers to make sure their distribution equally suppresses everyone’s lives.
MEDICAL AND ELECTION FRAUD GO HAND-IN-HAND
Just as diagnostic criteria have been broadened to tally up more COVID-19 cases, so have ID requirements been cheapened to fraudulently send out more mail-in ballots for Joe Biden. Just as PCR testing kits are made more sensitive to tally up more false-positive COVID-19 cases, so has Dominion election software been used to switch Trump votes to Biden votes.
If the globalists can convince healthy people to quarantine, because they are somehow spreading infections they do not have, then the globalists can easily manipulate the entire election process using communist-inspired election software.
In 2020, FDA-approved COVID-19 testing kits have had major discrepancies, leading to case number anomalies, just like mail-in ballots and election software have shown major discrepancies, leading to statistical anomalies for vote totals and late surge vote percentage gains for Biden. Vaccine efficacy studies are a rigged process, too. These studies do not expose vaccine recipients and placebo recipients equally to the assumed virus to test for true vaccine effectiveness. Much of the information that is being broadcast by the Associated Press & Big Tech is a false reality, used to force submission, not critical thinking & independence.
COVID-19 CASES AND JOE BIDEN VOTE TOTALS
FDA-approved tests have struggled to differentiate various RNA virus strains, leading to statistics that merely represent the average percentage of respiratory illnesses that occur in the population, regardless. In many cases, the tests are oversensitive and unable to differentiate benign virus debris from live shedding viruses, ultimately delivering false positives in people who aren’t even sick, leading to more panic andmedia declared “outbreaks.” The case numbers do not represent reputable data. Many state governors believe they can lock people’s lives down if the positivity rate of the testing kits reaches a certain threshold (i.e. 7 percent).
What if the psychopaths who own the patent on the virus DNA sequences also own the patent on the testing methodology and can control the sensitivity of its detection?
What if both the virus and the proprietary testing kits are being used as a bio-weapon to cause panic, to sell outbreaks that aren’t real, & to ultimately allow a serious viral pathogen to escape detection? What if this is being done to ultimately enslave economic systems to a global reset of communism and to enslave human beings to experimental mRNA technology delivered via Pfizer and Moderna’s new vaccines?
The tests have used faulty reagents, leading to false positives, and some tests have been contaminated, leading to actual respiratory infections and spread. There were even fraudulently attributed COVID-19 positives observed in Florida, where test results were tallied for people who were never tested to begin with. This is akin to dead people voting for Joe Biden or people with a change of address voting in their new state as their mail-in ballot was illegally harvested in their home state to rack up more votes for Biden.
The medical fraud is congruent with the election fraud. There are instances of COVID-19 cases being declared just because someone is a family member to someone who tested positive. There are instances of ID fraud being used to funnel fictitious early ballots to Biden supporters. It’s all one and the same – fraud and terror.
No one has to be a medical patient, mind held down in fear to Big Pharma’s manipulative experiment.
No one has to submit to these insidious communist restrictions on our livelihoods, and no one has to bow at the altar of Biden’s scientific orthodoxy.
On Thursday, President Trump’s legal team presented many pieces of information about the election that deserve to be investigated.
But the media have no interest in that.
Instead, they essentially black out the news and ask Trump to concede so they can crown their chosen king. Worst of all, they continue to falsely claim there is no evidence of fraud.
The New York Times and others have written about the potential fraud on universal mail-in ballots in the past, as have other outlets, but now they call Trump a liar.
The media outlets know that rules were changed to make verification of mail-in ballots less verifiable, but they don’t care.
They know that observation of the counting has been essentially blocked in some towns in violation of the law, and they don’t care.
They know that election officials in some states are violating laws, but laws aren’t important as long as the media’s chosen one is ahead.
Statistically, it is rare for the up-ballot candidate, the president, to significantly underperform the down-ballot candidates, but the media don’t care.

They know, or should know, that Biden outperformed Hillary in only four cities: Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, not the nation as a whole. They also know about over-votes in cities — that is, more votes than registered voters — and once again, they don’t care.
They know there have been questions about Dominion, the software provider in many states, because they certainly had those questions before.
They know that Democrat senators Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar had significant questions about Dominion in December 2019, but they don’t care. Can anyone imagine how loud the senators and journalists would be about potential fraud by Dominion if Biden were behind? But what we have now is silence from the senators and the supposed journalists.
They know that several swing states mysteriously stopped counting votes on Election Night, but they don’t care. As a CPA with 43 years of experience, the only reason I can think they stopped counting is to cook the books, commit fraud, and change the vote.
Yet journalists don’t even ask the states why they stopped counting.
The same supposed journalists who say Trump is destroying democracy by challenging election results are the ones who:
Claimed that Trump was an illegitimate president for four years. These same journalists and other Democrats also called Bush an illegitimate president for four years after he beat Al Gore twenty years earlier. The playbook is always the same. Not once did I hear that Gore was threatening democracy by challenging election results for more than one month. Instead, the media cheered him on because Democrats are special.
Regurgitated the Russian collusion lie for years with zero evidence.
Never cared about all the lies and crimes of people in the Obama/Biden administration as they set out to destroy Trump and protect career criminal Hillary Clinton from prosecution.
Called Trump a liar for saying the Obama administration spied on his team when it is clearly true.
Use congenital liars and criminals like James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Jim Clapper, and John Brennan to attack Trump with known lies.
Cheered Obama/Biden on as they lied continuously about Obamacare and the Iran deal.
Willingly spread the lies about what Trump said in Charlottesville and spread the lie that Trump had not denounced radical white supremacists.

Sought to destroy white Christian boys from Kentucky and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, without evidence, solely because of their connection to Trump. The party that preaches unity will destroy anyone who gets in its way as it pursues its quest for power.
Continually lie that Trump never cared about the coronavirus and never did anything about it and didn’t care about the people dying, and falsely blamed him for all deaths related to COVID. The truth is, from the CDC in August, that less than 7% of the people who died with COVID died solely because of COVID. Over 93% died because of cancer, heart disease, liver disease, lung disease, diabetes, obesity, and other co-morbidity factors. Therefore, blaming all of the deaths on COVID is a political, agenda-driven decision, not a scientific one. I assume that it is to scare the public into submission. Why don’t the media ask the CDC why it never counted deaths the same on the seasonal flu or swine flu?
Continually claim that the science is settled that humans and oil cause temperatures to rise and climate change when there is no scientific data to support that. The scientific data shows that in the last 150 years crude oil use went from zero to around one hundred million barrels per day, yet temperatures have risen and fallen and are within one to two degrees. It should be noted that a little ice age ended in 1850 and a little warming would be normal. Facts haven’t mattered for a long time, only power for government with Democrats in control.
Lately, the public have been treated to an Obama bragging tour where he and the fawning media have been rewriting history as fast as they can. They lie that Obama/Biden handed off a thriving economy. The truth is they had the slowest economic recovery in seventy years. They lie that there were no scandals during the Obama/Biden years. The truth is that their massive continuous scandals that the media chose to bury. Obama lies that the only reason that Hillary lost is because we are racists. The truth is his policies were unpopular and wages were stagnant, especially for those at the bottom.
Summary: The biggest threat to our democracy, freedom and prosperity is a sycophant media that campaigns for one party and seeks to destroy the other. We are not a systemically racist country and it is absolutely not a threat to our democracy for anyone to challenge the results in an election especially when there are so many questions.
The pieces are finally coming together, and they reveal a masterpiece of electoral larceny involving Big Tech oligarchs, activists, and government officials who prioritize partisanship over patriotism.
The 2020 election was stolen because leftists were able to exploit the coronavirus pandemic to weaken, alter, and eliminate laws that were put in place over the course of decades to preserve the integrity of the ballot box. But just as importantly, it was stolen because those same leftists had a thoroughly-crafted plan, and because they were rigorous in its implementation and ruthless in its execution.
Let’s not forget that liberals have been consumed by a fixation with removing Donald Trump from office for longer than he’s actually been in office. The sordid story of the 2020 election heist begins all the way back in January 2017, when Barack Obama’s former campaign manager and senior advisor, David Plouffe, took a job leading the policy and advocacy efforts of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a “charitable” organization established by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan.
Earlier this year, just as it was becoming clear that Joe Biden would be the Democratic Party’s nominee for president, Plouffe published a book outlining his vision for the Democrats’ roadmap to victory in 2020, which involved a “block by block” effort to turn out voters in key Democratic strongholds in the swing states that would ultimately decide the election, such as Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Minneapolis.
The book was titled, A Citizen’s Guide to Defeating Donald Trump, and it turned out that the citizen Plouffe had in mind was none other than his former boss, Mark Zuckerberg. Although Plouffe no longer officially managed Zuckerberg’s policy and advocacy efforts at that point, the political operative’s influence evidently remained a powerful force.
Thanks to the extensive efforts of investigators and attorneys for the Amistad Project of the nonpartisan Thomas More Society, who have been following Zuckerberg’s money for the past 18 months, it is still possible to expose the inner workings of this heist in time to stop it. Perhaps even more importantly, these unsung heroes of American democracy are dedicated to making sure that such a travesty will not become a permanent feature of our elections.
Under the pretext of assisting election officials conduct “safe and secure” elections in the age of COVID, Zuckerberg donated $400 million — as much money as Congress appropriated for the same general purpose — to nonprofit organizations founded and run by left-wing activists. The primary recipient was the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which received the staggering sum of $350 million. Prior to Zuckerberg’s donations, CTCL’s annual operating expenses averaged less than $1 million per year. How was Zuckerberg even aware of such a small-potatoes operation, and why did he entrust it with ⅞ of the money he was pouring into this election cycle, despite the fact that it had no prior experience handling such a massive amount of money?
Predictably, given the partisan background of its leading officers, CTCL proceeded to distribute Zuckerberg’s funds to left-leaning counties in battleground states. The vast majority of the money handed out by CTCL — especially in the early days of its largesse — went to counties that voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in 2016. Some of the biggest recipients, in fact, were the very locales Plouffe had identified as the linchpins of the Democrat strategy in 2020.
Zuckerberg and CTCL left nothing to chance, however, writing detailed conditions into their grants that dictated exactly how elections were to be conducted, down to the number of ballot drop boxes and polling places. The Constitution gives state lawmakers sole authority for managing elections, but these grants put private interests firmly in control.
Amistad Project lawyers tried to prevent this unlawful collusion by filing a flurry of lawsuits in eight states prior to Election Day. Unfortunately, judges were forced to put those lawsuits aside without consideration of their merits because the plaintiffs had not yet suffered “concrete harm” in the form of fraudulent election results. The law had no remedy to offer because the left’s lawless schemes had not yet reached fruition.
In the meantime, CTCL continued splashing Zuckerberg’s cash — only now, the organization was intent on finding Republican-leaning jurisdictions to give its donations a veneer of bipartisanship. Of course, the number of votes in play in those counties paled in comparison to those in the liberal counties. Philadelphia County alone, for instance, projected that the $10 million grant it received from CTCL would enable it to increase turnout by 25-30 percent — translating to well over 200,000 votes.
The left didn’t put all of its eggs into the CTCL basket, though. High-ranking state officials simultaneously took significant steps to weaken ballot security protocols, acting on their own authority without permission or concurrence from the state legislatures that enshrined those protections in the law.
In Wisconsin, Democrat Secretary of State Doug La Follette allowed voters to claim “indefinite confinement” in order to avoid having to provide a photocopy of their ID when requesting an absentee ballot. The exemption was intended for legitimate invalids, but COVID offered a convenient excuse for circumventing the law, despite the fact that Wisconsin had no pandemic-related lockdown rules that would have rendered anyone “indefinitely confined.” The impact was far-reaching. About 240,000 voters claimed the exemption in 2020, compared to just 70,000 in 2016.
In Michigan, Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson unilaterally voided the legal requirement that voters provide a signature when requesting an absentee ballot, establishing an online request form. She then took things a step further by announcing that she would “allow civic groups and other organizations running voter registration drives to register voters through the state’s online registration website,” granting partisan groups such as Rock The Vote direct access to Michigan’s voter rolls.
In Pennsylvania, election officials in heavily-Democratic counties that received CTCL funding allowed flawed mail-in ballots to be “cured” — that is, altered or replaced — prior to Election Day. In other counties, officials rightly interpreted this as a flagrant violation of state law. On the night before Election Day, less than 24 hours before polls were due to close, Democrat Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar sought to imbue this illegal practice with the appearance of validity by issuing a statement authorizing counties to contact voters who had cast improper ballots. Even if Boockvar had the statutory authority to do this, which she did not, the timing of her memo made it impossible for rural counties to take advantage of it to nearly the same extent as urban counties.
In numerous states, officials also absurdly consolidated the vote-counting and ballot-curing process in sporting arenas and other large venues, rather than the ward- and precinct-level offices that normally handle the job. This made absolutely no sense as a pandemic-related safety measure, but that didn’t stop the officials from citing COVID as their rationale.
Consolidating the vote-counting tied the other efforts together. Instead of a manageable number of ballots being transported to small offices and counted in the immediate presence of observers from both parties, truckloads of ballots were brought to a single location, inevitably resulting in confusion and commingling of ballots from various sources. Securing those ballots from the time they left voters’ hands to the time they were officially counted should have been the top priority of election workers, but it’s not even clear whether there were logs kept identifying which ballots were delivered by which trucks and when. If such logs even exist, they have not been disclosed.
At the same time, election officials could claim that they were adhering to legal requirements that observers be “in the room” during the counting process while using COVID as an excuse for relegating those observers to the “penalty box,” far from the actual counting and curing.
This was particularly egregious when it came to ballot “curing,” a process that actually involves election workers filling out brand new ballots on behalf of voters whose ballots purportedly could not be read by machine. This could have been due to something the voter themselves did, such as spilling coffee on the ballot. It also could have been due to something that election workers themselves did, such as crumpling ballots to prevent the machines from receiving them, just as a vending machine rejects crumpled bills.
It’s impossible to know exactly what happened, because Republican observers were denied meaningful access to the process — and in some cases literally locked out of the counting rooms while election workers obscured the windows with cardboard.
These election workers, it should be noted, were paid directly by CTCL’s grants. These supposedly impartial arbiters of our electoral process are supposed to work for the people, but they were on Zuckerberg’s payroll.
All of this sounds like the stuff of fiction — the sort of thing one would expect from a cinematic thriller or a spy novel. Sadly, it’s the reality that our country is faced with after years of placidity in the face of increasingly aggressive intervention into our electoral process on the part of Big Tech oligarchs and activists with deep pockets and shallow motivations.

Sheriffs in 5 Southern California counties with a total population of 17.25 million people – equivalent to the fifth most populous state – are defying that state’s governor. They will not arrest people for violating the statewide curfew that Governor Gavin Newsom has imposed starting today, apparently on the belief that the virus wakes up, and goes out at 10 PM.
Bill Melugin of KTTV, Fox 11 in Los Angeles (hat tip: Breitbart) contacted them about enforcing the statewide curfew:

Newsom has lost all credibility for restricting activity in the name of suppressing the spread of Covid. He was caught and exposed flouting his own ridiculous strictures on eating in restaurants (put your mask back on between bites of food). Public exposure of his mask-less attendance at a party full of lobbyists at one of the fanciest restaurants in the world with no social distancing was bad enough. But his subsequent lying, smirking non-apology apology may well be the death knell for his political career.

Other sheriffs in Northern California, including Sacramento County, where the Governor now lives, are also refusing to enforce the curfew.
Newsom is facing an existing recall effort, with a deadline of March 17, 2021 to collect 1,495,709 valid signatures. In practice, because some signatures will be challenged, at least 1,700,000 signatures will be required to get the recall election on the ballot. According to Rescue California, which is sponsoring the recall effort, there is already a running start:
In a telephone conversation with Paul Olson on November 18, whose company, GoCo Consulting, is doing the petition verification for the recall, he confirmed that his firm has already processed 494,000 signed petitions which have either just been turned in or are now being delivered to the county clerks around the state. Olson also confirmed that his firm is currently processing another 230,000 signatures.
When combined with the 55,000 that were turned in earlier in the year, and the ones already signed but still being delivered, conservatively estimated at 60,000, this campaign has already collected over 800,000 signed recall petitions.

Californians have already recalled one governor, Gray Davis, which ended his political career. Newsom, who long has had his sights on the Oval Office, and who is related by marriage to Nancy Pelosi, is now the focus of public resentment over arbitrary restrictions in the name of Covid. It is a status he has earned.
For millions of Americans, there has been a sense of dread and angst associated with the 2020 election. For years conservatives and independents have felt a gnawing sensation that the core values of country have been changing. Politics was once relegated to the disagreements of a few percentages of the marginal tax rate or the size of social welfare programs. Despite differences, there was always a common foundation among Americans about the basics of civil liberties, free expression, and rule of law. For at least a decade, that common foundation has come under attack. Small fissures in the bedrock of our pillars of liberty have suddenly become deep ravines of civil invasions. It has been coming for some time. Like the proverbial frog in the cooking pot, we have been lulled into a sense of complacency by the slowly increased heat of tyranny. Only now are we sensing that we may be doomed.
For the past decade or so, the left has been creating an authoritarian roadmap. Democratic party operatives, like an effective sieging army, have been testing the defenses of our constitution, rule of law, and cultural institutions to see what violations they could get away with. The process is the same every time: The attack on our liberties starts small and is tested in a place or at a level meant not to raise alarms. If no consequences arise from the violation, then each new violation became more bold and aggressive. Aided by an election and COVID, the process accelerated in in 2020 culminating in events not thought to be possible in the US: locking us in our homes, burning down our cities, brazenly rigging our elections, and shutting down even our expression of dissent. Even more shocking, despite executing on a laundry list of tyranny that would bring a tear of pride to Mao’s eye, they have faced no consequences. Only now is society realizing the kind of heat it is in.
We can now see the tyrannical road map that has weaponized the administrative state, suppressed our freedom of expression, removed our civil rights, and destroyed our democracy. It is important to review how we got here. The following are examples of how left broke down our pillars of liberty and constitution:
Weaponization of the administrative state:
The weaponization of the administrative state started in earnest under Obama. After the Tea Party swept control of congress away from Obama, the IRS targeted their funding sources and effectively shut down the movement. Diligent congressmen like Jordan & Gowdy worked hard to expose the scandal, but the Obama administration took another shocking measure of using the DOJ to sandbag an investigation it was likely to be complicit in. Ultimately the investigation accomplished two things: showed liberals a roadmap for administrative oppression of political rivals, and assured them that they would face no consequences. The consequence free environment for tyranny was reaffirmed by Trump’s AG Sessions, who vowed not to litigate the past.
Emboldened by the lack of consequence, the liberal administrative state concocted the Russiagate scandal. It swayed the 2018 election and decreased support for Trump’s measures. More importantly, the key figures have not only not been prosecuted, they have become wealthy celebrities of the press. Liberals now know that they can fully weaponize the administrative state and be rewarded for it.
Suppression of our freedom of speech:
Since I can remember, freedom of speech has been the most celebrated and foundational pillar of what it is to be an American. The radical idea that you can express dissent with your rulers without consequence is without a doubt one of the key components of American exceptionalism. Liberals had to tread gingerly at first to destroy it. They introduced the concept of hate speech was created and confined it to only the most heinous racial insults that were universally rejected by civilized society. We have been aware of its gradual expansion to include anything college professors and their woke minions disagree with, but it seemed confined to college campuses. Recently those collage grads have come into positions of power, especially in the youthful management suites of tech companies. They began to enforce speech and opinion laws on their own employees, like the Google engineer who circulated an unapproved opinion.
In the past year, the gatekeepers of modern speech – those same tech titans – have cracked down on everyone using their universal information utilities. Liberal politicians have taken the baton and run with it. Recent hearings meant to address their brazen modern book burning practices showed senators like Chris Coons asking for more limitation of speech on their platforms. The left will not be out-Stalined by industry…
While our free expression of conservative views has been under assault by fascist politicians and their corporatist allies, the free speech rights of the left have been expanded to include violent riots and property damage. If you had told anyone that roving bands of socialist activists would be allowed to burn down cities without any consequence like in Venezuela or 1930’s Germany, no one would have believed it. But it was actually worse, because those who defend themselves against the violence are the ones who face prosecution. There have been no consequences for this unprecedented trampling of our freedom of expression or the left’s Brownshirt version of political expression.
Removal of our civil rights:
COVID offered a unique opportunity for the left to test the mettle of our basic constitutional rights. We have been able to watch the erosion of our rights first hand in rapid time. Liberal politicians have rapidly learned that there is no limit to what they can do to us if they declare “emergency”. We now have proof of their fascist intensions.
We are 10 months into understanding the disease and for a variety of reasons the mortality has declined by 85% to and is less than that of the flu in a large part of the population. Most of the scientific community has now come out against lockdowns, including the WHO. A week after the election, a top journal reported a study that lockdowns may actually increase the spread of the disease. What has been the reaction? Much more draconian lockdowns. Liberal governors are putting forward laws that would make Stalin embarrassed – going so far as to tell people the volume of discourse and how many family members they can invite over for dinner. For an extra dose humiliation and dominance posturing, they openly disregard their own rules and call their whims “essential”. The roadmap is clear, any declaration of emergency, no matter how thin, allows them to rule without limitation. The Reichtag Fire part of the roadmap works like a charm:

But what about elections? Isn’t that the ultimate judgement in the US democracy – that we can vote the bums out if they overstep? It seems they have that roadmap in place too.
In the “safe space” of liberal overreach that is California, the democratic machine perfected the art of ballot harvesting. During the election of 2018, in the reliably Republican territory of orange county, voters saw their republican candidates win expected victories for Congress… and then slowly watched their victories drain away after election day. Votes kept coming in that overwhelmingly went for the democratic candidate until the gap was closed and the victory effectively reversed. Harvesting occurs when democratic operatives canvass neighborhoods and collect votes for their preferred candidate. COVID gave them the opportunity to roll the practice out on a national scale. Republicans saw it happen in orange county. They knew it was coming. Trump said it was going to happen… and no one did anything. As predicted, the harvest was good this year for the democrats and spectacular voting leads on election night were surgically closed by ballot harvesting operations in liberal districts.
For the past ten years, each consequence-free tyrannical step, irrespective of the immediate impact of that act, was a victory for the left. It created a new path forward on an authoritarian road map. We had a fleeting hope of stopping the progression when Trump promised to lock up Hilary for her crimes, but it never came to pass. When the reigns of power are passed to Biden & Harris, nothing will be there to stop them. It is highly likely that there will never be a Republican voted in for president again. Tyranny is on the verge of reaching a boiling point in our nation. We all sense it. Let’s hope it isn’t too late.
Up until the closing of precincts on November 3, the 2020 election was about Donald Trump versus Joe Biden. With the absence of meaningful campaign messages and appearances from Biden, the election was essentially a referendum on four years of Trump’s presidency and whether the American voters would give him another mandate for four more years. By objective accounts, they did. But with abundant evidence pointing to a rigged election to hand in the presidency to Joe Biden, the real issue is no longer about who the president-elect is. This is no longer about Trump versus Biden.
The real issue now is whether America will be a banana republic or not. The integrity of the election will define the nation for years to come. Therefore, President Trump must see this fight not for his survival, but for the survival of the United States of America.
During the campaign, the liberal Democrats, including Joe Biden, have made it clear that they were not genuinely interested in discussing their real plans for the next four years if the voters handed them the power. Asked by a reporter prior to the election whether he would be packing the Court or not, Biden said he would answer the question after the election. At this juncture, one has to take seriously the Democrats’ intent at face value. Whoever brazenly committed massive cheating of this magnitude in front of millions of American people will certainly have no qualms doing the same or even worse in the future. A desperate and obsessive desire for power can lead to desperate measures.
In the last two weeks, the Trump legal team has gathered enormous data and information indicating that massive cheating and fraud to steal the election have been committed. If they are highly confident in the evidence they have, then, as Jay Valentine described, it’s time to call it as it is: a coup. That is a deliberate attempt to capture power through a combination of violent means (committed by the radical wing of the party) and preprogrammed, organized election fraud.
A coup is never constitutional. In fact, it is a direct attack to the Constitution.
What then must a sitting president do? The president’s oath provides the answer plainly.
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
It is worth repeating that the solemn duty of the president is to defend the Constitution.
History often teaches us a great lesson on how to deal with a crisis.
Facing a prolonged war and the breakup of the nation, President Lincoln appointed Ulysses S. Grant general-in-chief of the Union armies in February 1864 with a sole intent to win the war in order to keep America together as a union. Not wasting any time, General Grant summoned General William Sherman to meet him at the Burnet House in Cincinnati, Ohio, on March 20, 1864 to devise a strategy to defeat the Confederacy.
Both generals came up with a plan. General Sherman was to attack General Joseph Johnston’s army in the South, and General Grant would go after General Robert E. Lee in Richmond, Virginia. Through long and hard battles, both the Union generals were victorious, which effectively ended the war on April 9, 1865.
The history lesson is fighting two simultaneous battles to win a war.
As the president’s legal team is assembling all the evidence to be presented to the Supreme Court, it is wise and imperative for the president to simultaneously prepare and announce the initiative needed to enforce the constitutionality of this election. There is little doubt that the left will resort to violence and intimidation to get what it wants in this election. Already a radical Democratic politician and an activist in Michigan threatened the children of Monica Palmer, a Republican Wayne County Board of Elections canvasser, for her refusal to certify the corrupt election results in the county. Fearing for the safety of herself and her family, Monica Palmer gave in and agreed to certify the election. (She is now attempting to rescind her vote.)
Unfortunately, we will very likely see more of this. The Democratic Party’s goal is simple: threatening anyone who dares to challenge the integrity of the election and refuses to validate the results with violence. But if we choose to cave in to the thuggery instead of defending the Constitution, that means we are no better than many third-world countries, where despots and dictators generally win elections through intimidation and vote manipulation. And we have no standing whatsoever to tell the world about the merit of our democracy, let alone fight in other countries in the name of democracy.
We don’t know when or whether this case goes to the Supreme Court, which will hopefully help sort it out. But the president must make it clear that any attempts to threaten the constitutionality of the election, whether by threats of violence or mass riots, will be dealt with swiftly, with force. Whether the president decides to invoke the Insurrection Act or any other legal means available at his disposal as the commander-in-chief, it had better be announced soon.
If, after all possible legal means have been exhausted to ensure the constitutionality of the election, including counting only the legal votes, President Trump turns out to be behind Joe Biden, kudos to the Democratic Party. They won the race fair and square. But that in itself is Trump’s monumental achievement worthy of historic praise. And the year of 2020 may be remembered not just for the coronavirus, but for the beginning of truly fair and honest elections across America.
For that reason, President Trump must not give up.
