You’re haunted by your trauma because you won’t stop talking about it.
One of the best things my brother ever did for me was *NOT* put me in therapy after he took us. He says everyone swore that I would need massive therapy. He decided not to send us. Once per week, the principal or vice principal of my school brought me into their office and just checked in on me for about 15 minutes. We didn’t not talk about it at home, but we also didn’t talk about it. Everyone knew what had happened. Everyone knew it was bad.
I had nightmares where I’d wake up screaming. When Daniel would come in to comfort me, he’d take me in the living room and let me cry, but when I’d try to tell him about it, he’d just say “Let yourself forget,” and I really think there’s something to that. I don’t remember a lot of what I went through and I think that’s a good thing.
How long would I have to talk about it before it was okay? IT’S NOT GOING TO BE OKAY! I was sinned against in egregious ways for years and there’s nothing that’s ever going to make that okay because it’s not. I’m never going to “feel okay” about it. I don’t want to, and frankly, I shouldn’t. It’s terrible that it happened; one of the most horrendous things that can happen to anyone, and it’s caused my lifetime consequences like not being able to have my own babies.
But, is it really healthy for me to relive it constantly by “deep diving” into it with a therapist? Mulling over memories and drudging up more and searing the images of what happened to me in my head over and over again? I just don’t think so.
There’s a time for everything, mourning included, and it’s okay to have periods where you’re effected by sins committed against you, but I’ve never seen anyone take the current therapy route and not come out more angry, bitter, and heartbroken than when they went in. I went to therapy in my early 20’s and was blessed to find a therapist that had no interest in forcing me to talk about the ins and outs of what happened. She helped me learn how to get and keep my PTSD symptoms under control and how to positively deal with my anxiety, but we almost never talked about my trauma after my first visit.
I know many people are going to freak out about what I’m saying and throw words around like “suppression” and that’s fine. I’m just telling you that I lived through hell as a child, and this is how it’s been handled and it worked. It’s not perfect. I still have things I struggle with about it from time to time, but I’ll take this over the constant emotional roller coaster I see my therapy friends going through any day. This doesn’t mean never talk about it, but mulling it over for years is not going to help you.
Stop letting your trauma rule your life. Let it go.

Recently, I have been reading through articles of a newsletter I received many years ago called “New Harvest Homestead.” There are many great practical ideas in this, and I wanted to share a few snippets from some of them.
“We don’t want to sound like alarmists, and we are definitely not survivalists who believe everyone ought to run to the hills, but we are realists. We live in very turbulent times and circumstances can literally change in a day in this world.” This is why they set out to be as self-sufficient as possible. “But we urge you, brethren to excel still more and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you: so that you may behave properly toward outsiders and not be in any need.” (1 Thessalonians 4:10-12)
“One of the most useful lessons I have learned over the years is the concept of making money by saving money. ‘The Heart Has Its Own Reasons‘ by Mary Ann Cahill tells the stories of dozen of mothers who made it their ambition to live on one income so they could stay home and raise their children. You may be quite shocked at how much money is frittered away every month. When you factor in the costs for transportation, wardrobe, childcare, take-out meals because mom is too tired to cook, and the extra taxes due to being bumped into a higher tax bracket, that ‘extra income’ amounts to very little after all.
“Do you want to be home and available to your husband and children with all of your heart? If the answer is yes, then you need to be willing to scale back, economize, and do without. If God has made it plain in His Word that this is His desire for us, will He not also make a way for us to achieve that goal once we have set our hearts upon it? I know for a fact that the answer is an unequivocal YES!”
She set up Titus Two Meetings in her home every six weeks where young women would come with their children, have lunch together, and spend hours teaching these women all of the ways of biblical womanhood, including loving their husbands and children, gardening, canning, baking bread, natural remedies, knitting, crocheting, crafting, money management, and everything else it takes to be a wife, mother, and homemaker. This should be happening all over the world in older women’s homes! Think what a blessing this would be for young women today.
In her newsletter is a recipe on making whole wheat bread, and I have been making this for my husband for many years. I have also learned to make sourdough bread. Almost everything I make is from scratch and healthy. All of this takes a full-time wife and mother at home. The more self-sufficient and working with our hands we become, the easier it will be if and when this economy crashes. God set Adam and Eve in the Garden. He may find a way to get us all back to it one day!

He warns men about quarreling and contentious women.
He commands women to be silent in the churches.
He commands young women to marry, bear children, and guide the home so they don’t become tattlers and busybodies.

He commands wives to win their disobedient husbands “without a word” by their godly behavior.
He knows women’s tendency to think they *need* a voice. He didn’t put them in authority in the homes, churches, or nations for many good reasons.

All they needed was confirmation from England that it would assist Czechoslovakia. The British dithered. Instead of taking a stand, they sabotaged Germany’s resistance to the Nazi plague.
Ludwig Beck, the Chief of the German General Staff observed: “Through yielding to Hitler, the British government will lose its two main allies, the General Staff and the German people.”
The simplest and best opportunity to avoid calamity was lost. The Illuminati wanted world war to increase their power and wealth, and to destroy Germany in advance of their satanist World Government. The Illuminati were not going to allow their creation, Adolf Hitler, to be overthrown. “You must understand that this war is not against Hitler or National Socialism,” Churchill is quoted as saying, “but against the strength of the German people, which is to be smashed once and for all, regardless whether it is in the hands of Hitler or a Jesuit priest.” (Emrys Hughes, Winston Churchill, His Career in War and Peace p. 145)
THE COUP
Admiral Wilhelm Canaris, Chief of the Abwehr (Military Intelligence) was part of the conspiracy to overthrow Hitler which is described in Richard Bassett’s Hitler’s Spy Chief: The Wilhelm Canaris Betrayal (2012). pp.150-160.
Canaris and General Beck sent Ewald Von Kleist to London August 21 where he met Sir Robert Vansittart, the chief diplomatic adviser to the cabinet. Kleist told him that Germany planned to invade Czechoslovakia Sept. 30, 1938. If England drew a line in the sand, the generals had plans to make an end of the Nazi regime. These plans were well advanced. But all Kleist could secure was a general statement from Winston Churchill, who was not yet in the cabinet.
Nevertheless, the plan proceeded. Richard Bassett writes: “Several generals commanding troops were prepared to enter the conspiracy. By 14 Sept. General Von Witzleben, commander of the Berlin area, had made arrangements with Gen. Franz Halder (New Chief of Staff) and others to arrest Hitler as he returned from Berchtesgaden to the capital.
Count Helldorf, the Berlin Police Chief, would arrest the other party leaders while General Hoeppner, in command of the Third Panzer Division, would march on Berlin at the signal from Witzleben. Count Brockdorff-Ahlefeld, in command of the Potsdam garrison, would support Witzleben while Count Fritz von der Schulenburg, son of the German Crown Prince’s former chief of staff, would secure the government sector of Berlin….” (156)

However, the entire conspiracy was predicated on England stating it would intervene in the event of a German attack on Czechoslovakia. But instead of taking a stand, Chamberlain announced Sept. 14 he would fly to Berchtesgaden to treat with Hitler. The optics suggested capitulation. In those days, statesmen did not fly to meet each other. Chamberlain had never flown before.
Bassett: “Both Chamberlain’s message to Hitler, noting ‘I shall be ready to travel as of tomorrow morning’ and Hitler’s immediate acceptance, imply a mutual understanding that the stakes on a personal plane were high.”
When Canaris heard the news at dinner, he lost his appetite. “What! He…visit that man?” Canaris exclaimed. Many prominent Germans were horrified. The coup was postponed indefinitely. How could they overthrow Hitler when he was effortlessly getting his way?
Chamberlain’s decision to visit Hitler spared Hitler and his gang from immediate arrest. Publisher David Astor wrote that the failure to act on the Kleist mission was “the saddest missed opportunity of the whole hellish experience leading up to World War Two.” (Balliol Record, 1982)
CANARIS(AND HUMANITY)BETRAYED
Richard Bassett writes: “Canaris … had opened his hand to the British and they had … betrayed… his entire stratagem. …It is not improbable that in arranging Chamberlain’s visit so rapidly and secretly [British ambassador to Berlin Neville] Henderson, left had obliquely impressed on the Fuhrer his knowledge of Hitler’s vulnerability and the need to act swiftly…Did forces in Britain in a subtle way want a war with Germany? Did they fear a restoration of the monarchy and the generals who would prove no less menacing to the balance of power?” (162)
Canaris is often described as a “wily old fox” but apparently, he didn’t have the big picture. The Illuminati Jewish banking power based in London wanted a world conflagration. Hitler was their arm’s-length agent.
MUNICH SURRENDER
Britain betrayed Czechoslavia to Germany in spite of having military superiority. The invasion of Czechoslovakia effectively doubled Nazi strength. In March 1939, the Nazis captured in Czechoslovakia 469 Czech tanks superior to their own; 1500 planes of which 500 were first line, 43000 machine guns, and over a million rifles. “These figures are comparable to what Germany had at Munich, and at the time if the British government had desired, Germany would have been facing Britain, France, and Russia as well as Russia.” (Carroll Quigley, The Anglo-American Establishment p. 287.) Regardless of what the British did, why didn’t Canaris and the generals act independently? Why didn’t they simply overthrow Hitler? That would have defused world tensions and saved 60 million lives. Canaris and the generals may have been tied to the Illuminati themselves. They may have been Freemasons and looked to London for leadership. Apparently, there was a branch of German Freemasonry that was not shut down by Hitler. These people may have been betrayed by their fellow Masons in England.
Canaris had ties with Illuminati bankers and arms merchants like Basil Zaharoff. On one level, the Abwehr served the Nazi cause admirably. But on another level, Canaris worked hard to ensure an Allied victory. He supplied advanced warnings of every Nazi attack. He censored intelligence reports on both of Allied weaknesses and strengths like compromised communications and agents (ULTRA and Double Cross System.) He schooled Spain’s Franco and Romania’s Sturdza on how to remain neutral.
Hitler was undoubtedly aware that Canaris was a traitor but Hitler was a traitor himself. When SD Chief Reinhard Heydrich was about to arrest Canaris, the British had him assassinated. Heydrich was the only high-level Nazi official ever assassinated. Czech agents injured him, and according to Heydrich’s wife, Hitler’s doctors finished him off.
Freemasonry may control the world’s intelligence services. But these services, and Freemasonry in general, function on a need-to-know basis. Their members don’t know Hitler served the British cause. Thus, Wilhelm Canaris, who was hung by the Gestapo in 1945, and other well-meaning Germans were sacrificed.
Mankind is in the baneful grasp of the Illuminati central bankers. The Second World War is usually depicted as a struggle to save “civilization” from Nazi barbarism. In fact, the war was a trap instigated by Freemasonry to destroy Germany.

A 1938 Stalinist police interrogation of Christian G. Rakovsky, 65, a founder of the Communist International, laid bare the Masonic Jewish banker plot for world tyranny, i.e. the New World Order.
The 50-page transcript of his interrogation dubbed The Red Symphony was not meant to become public. The transcriber made an unauthorized carbon.
This is perhaps the most explosive political document in modern history. It reveals why the Illuminati created Hitler and then sought to destroy him, and why Stalin made a pact with Hitler in 1939.
The Red Symphony confirmed that we gave our national credit cards to bankers whose goal was world Communism.“The ‘revolutionary movement’ enlisted support by pretending to serve mankind’s collective ideals. Christian Rakovsky was a veteran Communist insider facing execution for plotting to overthrow Stalin. Born Chaim Rakover in 1873, he studied medicine in France before becoming a revolutionary. He was the leader of a terror group that attacked government officials.
In 1919, Lenin put him in charge of the Soviet Ukraine government. He retained the territory for the Bolsheviks duringthe Civil War 1917-1922. Stalin appointed him Russian ambassador to Paris in 1925.
Rakovsky belonged to the powerful Trotskyite faction that took their orders from the Rothschilds. Many belonging to this group were shot in Stalin’s 1937 Communist Party purge.
MIDNIGHT INTERROGATION
The circumstances of the midnight interrogation on Jan. 26, 1938, were very dramatic.
What could Rakovsky possibly say to save his life?
Rakovsky appears to use the tactic of “deceiving with the truth.” He wins trust by revealing the truth but leaves some out. He impresses his interrogator that he and Trotsky represent an invincible power he calls the “Capitalist-Communist Financial International.”
“Christianity is our only real enemy since all the political and economic phenomena of the bourgeois states are only its consequences,” Rakovsky, says. (All page citations from Griffin, Fourth Reich of the Rich,1988, p. 264)
Peace is “counter-revolutionary” since it is war that paves the way for revolution.
Rakovsky, whose tongue was loosened by a mild inebriate in his wine, refers to the Illuminati as “they” or “them.” He is a member although not part of the inner circle.
He explains that the “Illuminati” is a Masonic secret society dedicated to Communism. Significantly, its founder Adam Weishaupt took the name from “the second anti-Christian conspiracy of that era, Gnosticism.” (249)
HOW THIS GRIPPING ACCOUNT SURFACED
The interrogator was one of Stalin’s cleverest agents, Gavril Kus’min known as “Gabriel.”
Apart from a sound technician, doctor Jose Landowsky was the only other person present.
Conscripted by the NKVD to help “loosen the tongues of detainees,” Dr. Landowsky was sickened by the many tortures he witnessed.
The interrogation of Rakovsky, however, was cordial. Dr. Landowsky doubts if the mild euphoric had much effect.
The interrogation, conducted in French lasted from midnight until 7 a.m. Afterward, Kus’min ordered Landowsky to translate the interview into Russian and make two copies.
The content was so mind-boggling that Landowsky made an additional carbon for himself. “I am not sorry that I had the courage for this,” he wrote. (279) The Bolsheviks had shot Landowsky’s father, a Tsarist colonel, during the 1917 revolution.
A Spanish Fascist volunteer later found the manuscript on Landowsky’s dead body in a hut on the Petrograd front during World War Two. He took it back to Spain where it was published as “Sinfonia en Rojo Mayo.” in 1949.
The transcript was published in English in 1968 as “The Red Symphony: X-Ray of Revolution.”
REVELATIONS
Rakovsky gives his interrogator an astonishing inside view of modern history in order to prove that the Illuminati control the world.
“Money is the basis of power,” Rakovsky says, and the Rothschilds manufacture it thanks to the banking system.
The “Revolutionary Movement” was an attempt by Meyer Rothschild and his allies to protect and extend this monopoly by establishing a totalitarian New World Order.
According to Rakovsky, “The Rothschilds were not the treasurers, but the chiefs of that first secret Communism…Marx and the highest chiefs of the First International … were controlled by Baron Lionel Rothschild, [1808-1878] whose revolutionary portrait [“Sidonia”] was done by Disraeli the English Premier, who was also his creature, and has been left to us [in Disraeli’s novel ‘Coningsby.’]” (250)
Lionel’s son Nathanael (1840-1915) needed to overthrow the Christian Romanoff Dynasty. Through his agents Jacob Schiff and the Warburg brothers, he financed the Japanese side in the Russo-Japanese War and an unsuccessful insurrection in Moscow in 1905. Then he instigated the First World War (Trotsky was behind the murder of Archduke Ferdinand) and financed the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. Rakovsky says he was personally involved in the transfer of funds in Stockholm. (251-252)
The Jewish labor movement or “Bund” was Rothschild’s instrument. The Bund’s “secret faction” infiltrated all the socialist parties in Russia and provided the leadership for the Russian Revolution. Alexander Kerensky, the Menshevik Prime Minister was a secret member. (253)
Leon Trotsky was supposed to become the leader of the USSR. Trotsky, a Jew, married the daughter of one of Rothschild’s closest associates, banker Abram Zhivotovsky, and became part of the “clan.”
Unfortunately “national” Communists like Lenin (one-quarter Jewish) got in the way. Lenin overruled Trotsky and made peace with Germany (Treaty of Brest Litovsk, 1918.) This was not the Rothschild’s plan.
World War I was supposed to end the way the Second World War did. Russia was supposed to overrun Germany in 1918 and assist local “revolutionaries” in establishing a “people’s republic.”
Trotsky was responsible for an attempt to assassinate Lenin in 1918 but Lenin survived. When Lenin had a stroke in 1922, Trotsky had Levin, Lenin’s Jewish doctor, finish him off.
At this critical moment, the unexpected happened. Trotsky got sick and Stalin was able to take power. At this crucial juncture, the Trotskyites pretended to support Stalin and infiltrated his regime in order to sabotage it.
Rakowsky characterizes Stalin as a “Bonapartist,” a nationalist as opposed to an International Communist like Trotsky who served the banker agenda.
“He is a killer of the revolution, he does not serve it, but makes use of its service; he represents the most ancient Russian imperialism, just as Napoleon identified himself with the Gauls…” (257)
CONTAINING STALIN
In order to control Stalin, international finance was forced to build up Hitler and the Nazi party. Rakowsky confirms that Jewish financiers backed the Nazis although Hitler supposedly was not aware of this.
“The ambassador Warburg presented himself under a false name and Hitler did not even guess his race… he also lied regarding whose representative he was… Our aim was to provoke a war and Hitler was war…[the Nazis] received…millions of dollars sent to it from Wall Street, and millions of marks from German financiers through Schacht; [providing] the upkeep of the S.A and the S.S. and also the financing of the elections…” (259-260)
Unfortunately for the bankers, Hitler also proved intractable. He started to print his own money!
“He took over for himself the privilege of manufacturing money and not only physical moneys but also financial ones; he took over the untouched machinery of falsification and put it to work for the benefit of the state… Are you capable of imagining what would have come …if it had infected a number of other states and brought about the creation of a period of autarchy [absolute rule, replacing that of the bankers.] If you can, then imagine its counterrevolutionary functions…” (263)
Hitler had become a bigger threat than Stalin, who had not meddled with money. Rakovsky’s present mission was to convince Stalin to make a pact with Hitler and turn Hitler’s aggression against the West. The purpose was for Germany and the Western nations to exhaust each other before the second front was opened in the East.
[According to Walter Kravitsky, the head of Soviet Military Intelligence in Europe who defected to the West and was later assassinated in 1941, Stalin was determined to make a pact with Hitler as early as 1934. He had no desire to fight the Nazis. Is it possible that Rakovsky and his sponsors did not know this? Kravitsky, On Stalin’s Secret Service (1939)]
Rakovsky urged the Russians to use the tactic of “deceiving with the truth.” The Russians were to impress Hitler with their genuine desire for peace. Hitler was not to suspect that he was being set up for a war on two fronts.
Stalin was given a choice. If he agreed to divide Poland with Hitler, the West would declare war on only one aggressor, Germany. If he refused, the bankers would allow Hitler to depose him.
Kus’min demanded some high-level confirmation. Rakovsky told him to see Joseph Davies, the US ambassador in Moscow, a fellow Freemason, and representative of the International Communist Roosevelt administration.
Someone was sent to Davies who confirmed that “much would be gained” if Rakovsky got an amnesty. On March 2, 1938, a powerful radio message was sent to Moscow in the cipher of its London embassy. “Amnesty or the Nazi danger will increase,” it said. Davies attended Rakovsky’s trial and gave him a Masonic greeting. On the same day, March 12, 1938, Hitler marched into Austria.
Rakovsky’s death sentence was commuted. Some believe he lived out his years under an assumed name. Another source has him shot in 1941.
Secret negotiations were begun with Hitler. The result was the Ribbentrop-Molotov pact signed in August 1939 just one week before the invasion of Poland.
The interrogation seems to have created an accord between Stalin and the Illuminati.
Rakovsky told Kus’min that the Illuminati never take political or financial positions. They use “intermediaries.”
“Bankers and politicians are only men of straw…. even though they occupy high places and appear to be authors of the plans which are carried out…” (248-249)
