Ireland is to scrap almost all its COVID-19 restrictions on Saturday… Prime Minister Micheal Martin has said. (…)

The country has been one of the most cautious in the European Union on the risks of COVID-19, putting in place some of the longest-running restrictions on travel and hospitality.

But following advice from public health officials, the government decided that bars and restaurants will no longer need to close at 8pm … or to ask customers for proof of vax.

Capacity in indoor and outdoor venues is also set to return to full capacity, paving the way for full crowds for next month’s Six Nations rugby championship.

Some measures, such as the need to wear a mask on public transport and in shops, will remain in place until the end of February, Martin said…

Virginia Democrats are fighting not only to keep sexually explicit materials in public schools but also to kill a bill that would require school boards to notify parents of sexually explicit materials being introduced.

Maintaining the ideology behind former Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s campaign-ending gaffe saying, “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach,” Virginia Senate President Louise Lucas (D) said, “when it comes to what’s in the curriculum, that should be left to the school boards and to the boards of education. And if a parent wants to opt out, I think they should have the right to do that.”

The bill before the Virginia General Assembly would provide an avenue for “parental involvement” and a “reasonable opportunity for public comment” on printed and audiovisual materials available in school libraries, “mandatory prior written parental consent” before a student can check out such material, and “the removal from the school library of any such printed or audiovisual materials that could be considered grooming video or materials.”

While Lucas has promised a Senate “brick firewall” for Republican legislation, Gov. As Breitbart News reported, some explicit materials making their way into school libraries include depictions of pornography and pedophilia.

Virginia’s Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) removed the book Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe for “sexually explicit” content two months after its neighbor, Fairfax County (FCPS), reintroduced the pornographic and pedophilic book to schools.

While FCPS maintains that the book “neither depicts nor describes pedophilia,” the depiction of pedophilic acts appears clear with a graphic illustration of Plato’s Symposium, an important philosophical work but also a manuscript well known for its account of pedophilia in Ancient Greece, in which a bearded man is fondling the genitals of a boy.

LCPS decided to keep another similarly controversial book, Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison, which also “contains graphic descriptions of sex between men and children.” FCPS also kept this book on its shelves.

Parents Defending Education (PDE) Vice President of Strategy and Investigations Asra Nomani described a scene from Lawn Boy:

“What if I told you I touched another guy’s d*ck? What if I told you I sucked it? I was 10 years old but it’s true. I sucked Doug Goebbels’ d*ck, the real estate guy, and he sucked mine too.” The “real estate guy” was an adult man.

Democrats in Richmond, however, appear steadfast in their defense of these books and their denial of the ability for parents to review the material before being shown to their children.

An Elementary school in Warren County, Ohio is under intense scrutiny from parents and community members after the school decided to allow an after-school Satan club that is being offered by the Satanic Temple to be held on its campus.

Rightfully outraged parents are demanding answers after a flyer that invites 5 to 11-year-old Donovan Elementary students to join the demonic club circulated among the school and on social media this week.

What Is Going On?

As for the group organizing the event, The Satanic Temple, their co-founder claimed the Satan Club won’t try to convert children to Satanism or force them to worship the devil.

“This actually isn’t a club that’s meant to proselytize Satanism or even engage in discussions about religious opinion,” Satanic Temple co-founder Lucien Greaves told WQAD. “This is an educational program meant to focus on critical thinking and just basic education skills.”

Similar to the first advertisement, the flier promises “fun” by way of “science projects, puzzles, games, art projects, and nature activities,” and also says the young children will be taught “empathy, creative expression, and ‘personal sovereignty – which is the “concept of property in one’s own person, expressed as the moral or natural right of a person to have bodily integrity,” and is definitely not something a 5-year-old has the faculties to comprehend.

The satanic club hosted at the Lebanon City School has generated enough concern among parents that the district felt compelled to respond on Thursday.

“Parental permission is required to attend. Superintendent Isaac Seevers says the same is true of every after-school activity in the district.

He clarifies the club is not sponsored by the district or Donovan Elementary.

Seevers published a letter Thursday to families aiming to address “concerns and confusion” about the club.

The district, he writes, recently approved a facilities rental for the group after a Lebanon resident completed the required application and provided the necessary documentation.

“The district has approved these types of groups in the past, one example being the Good News Club, which is an after-school child evangelism program,” Seevers wrote. “The Good News Club has met after school at Donovan Elementary School for years.”

The superintendent makes clear that Lebanon Schools ‘does not and is not legally allowed to discriminate against any groups who wish to rent our facilities, including religiously affiliated groups.’

Seevers did note though that flyers and promotional materials for after-school groups like The Satanic Temple’s after-school Satan Club are not approved for mass distribution and cannot be sent home with students, but rather can only be used for display only. Which, needless to say, is essentially a non-existent protection.

The German government is seriously “concerned” over the sheer number of protests against COVID restrictions in recent weeks, which are the most widespread in the country’s history.

Influential German broadsheet Die Welt reveals that on the same day, protests took place in over 1,000 locations across the country.

“The government is concerned about the decentralized actions,” reports the newspaper, with one source labeling the “immensity” of the demonstrations “depressing.”

Instead of describing such developments as “depressing,” you’d think authorities in Germany would maybe considering listening to the will of their people.

A scandal in Hamburg where the Mayor falsely claimed that the unvaccinated represented 95% of COVID cases didn’t do anything to restore trust.

A Senate investigation reported the actual number to be 14.3%.

Germany is still pushing ahead with plans to make the COVID jab mandatory, with a parliamentary debate on the issue planned for next week.

Las year, the editor-in-chief of Germany’s top newspaper Bild apologized for the news outlet’s fear-driven coverage of COVID, specifically to children who were told “that they were going to murder their grandma.”

As we highlighted earlier, the Czech Republic has abandoned plans to make the COVID jab mandatory for some groups after numerous large protests took place in Prague.

The general picture across the continent is one of restrictions being gradually rolled back in response to Omicron proving mild, although countries like Austria are still planning to make the jab compulsory.

The global rollout of 5G is well underway,and we soon may see new small cell towers near all schools, on every residential street, dispersed throughout the natural environment, and pretty much everywhere. But the safety of this technology is in serious question, and there is a raging battle to stop the taxpayer-funded implementation of 5G.

The new cell network uses high band radio frequency millimeter waves to deliver high bandwidth data to any device within line of sight.

“Today’s cellular and Wi-Fi networks rely on microwaves – a type of electromagnetic radiation utilizing frequencies up to 6 gigahertz (GHz) in order to wirelessly transmit voice or data. However, 5G applications will require unlocking of new spectrum bands in higher frequency ranges above 6 GHz to 100 GHz and beyond, utilizing submillimeter and millimeter waves – to allow ultra-high rates of data to be transmitted in the same amount of time as compared with previous deployments of microwave radiation.” [Source]
