A half century ago one of the most disastrous monetary decisions in U.S. history was committed by Richard Nixon.  In a television address, the president declared that the nation would no longer redeem internationally dollars for gold.  Since the dollar was the world’s reserve currency, Nixon’s closing of the “Gold Window” put the world on an irredeemable paper monetary standard.

The ramifications of the act continue to this very day.  America’s current financial mess, budget deficits, the reoccurring booms and busts, the decline of living standards (particularly the middle class), all have their genesis with Nixon’s infamous decision in August, 1971.

Abandoning the last vestiges of the gold standard was the culmination of a long-term goal of the banksters, politicians, financial elites, and deceitful economists.  The first step was the establishment of the Federal Reserve in 1913 whose primary purpose was to allow its member banks to inflate the money supply without fearing the consequences – bank failures/panics, bank runs, recessions/depressions.  The Fed could, and still does, through the control of the money supply enrich itself, the government, and its aligned financial elites at the expense of the public at large.

The next step on the road to monetary debasement was Franklin Roosevelt’s  draconian measure of outlawing the private ownership of gold.  This was not only an unprecedented and outrageous attack on private property, but it also eliminated gold redemption of dollars domestically, which gave the Fed unlimited power to print money without fear of its notes being redeemed.

The specious justification for the law, enacted shortly after the start of FDR’s first tyrannical term in office, was to fight the Great Depression.  Of course, the measure did nothing to mitigate the Depression which, in fact, was not caused by Americans’ ownership of gold, but rather the Fed itself and its wild inflationary policies throughout the “Roaring 20s.”

FDR’s action, like Nixon’s, demonstrated how much the power of the presidency had expanded.  It shows again the flawed and frankly naïve argument put forth by Constitutionalists and conservatives of every ideological persuasion that the celebrated “separation of powers” theory that supposedly checks the aggrandizement of federal power could not prevent the audacious acts of FDR and Nixon.   Despite what is taught in social sciences courses, a true gold standard is a greater protector of individuals’ economic well being and, ultimately, their political liberty than any legislation, bills of rights, or constitution ever penned.  Hard money limits state power!

The primary reason why President Nixon closed the Gold Window was to fund the nation’s “guns & butter” economic and social policies which had begun under his predecessor Lyndon Johnson.  Johnson’s “War on Poverty” and his escalation of the war in Vietnam caused the Fed to print vast amounts of money which began to drain the Treasury of gold.

While U.S. citizens and financial institutions could not redeem dollars for gold, foreign central banks could.  The U.S.’s inflationary policy to fund its domestic and foreign objectives was why the Gold Window was closed.  In effect, the U.S. was reneging on its commitment which had been in place since Bretton Woods.  It was not as President Nixon announced as part of his new economic policy initiative entitled “The Challenge of Peace,” “to take action necessary to defend the dollar against the speculators.”* Instead, it was the type of monetary chicanery that banana republic’s often pursue.

Culturally, the eradication of hard money was part of the transformation of a mature, frugal, hardworking, and future-oriented people into an infantile, self-absorbed, dysfunctional, and hedonistic collection of individuals.  While many consequences of this change could be cited, one of the most telling is that America has gone from a creditor nation (in 1971) to a debtor nation within a couple of generations.  Not only has the national debt exploded (which now exceeds $30 trillion!), but personal and corporate debt are at dizzying heights.

At this point, a reversal of President Nixon’s decision would do little to confront the immense problems which the U.S. economy faces.  A “Great Reset” of the economic system is in order, but not the kind envisioned by the world’s financial elites.

An honest-to-goodness reset would begin with a return to a metallic monetary standard where all national currencies would be redeemable in gold/silver.  Such a move would put a real check on banks’ ability to create money “out of thin air.”

The return of prosperity will only come about when gold is again a part of the monetary order and reasserts its critical role in the limitation of central bank power.

I’ve lurked around this site for years, and, on occasion, put forth an article or two. Mostly I just read and listen in on the commentary. Some of it is humorous, some of it is vile, and much of it is informative, but the little bubble of free speech this site represents is a virtual “city on the hill” from Matthew (5:14). The spirit of freedom is what connects us, and even if most of us talk a bigger game than we walk, we are at least willing to talk which is where the intention to walk is born.

Recently I had the opportunity to take a step beyond the talking. After digging into the various posts and links to studies regarding Ivermectin, HCQ, and other alternate treatments for the illness alleged to be SARS COV-2, I got a call that my in-laws were both “positive” for Covid. While I may not think that there is any proof that Covid is a thing, my relatives were very sick. Moreover they are both old, and my mother in-law is caring for my father in-law as he has a cancerous brain tumor. She had gotten to the point where she could no longer physically care for him, and she needed help urgently.

Keep in mind that I own a business and I am currently in the middle of the busiest part of our year. We do a lot of work with “sports ball” stadiums, and whatever your opinion of sport may be it has a pretty hard deadline around the kickoff of the season. Our people are deployed across the nation currently working on multiple projects and will be away from home through the middle of next month. Getting exposed to Covid represents a royal pain in my ass as I am now writing this from isolation where I wait to find out if I am sick as well. That means I can’t help with the deployments until I’m “cleared” by a dysfunctional test, or, if it becomes clear I am not well, for a much longer time frame. As we are invoicing a significant amount of money per deployed hour, I am risking a significant financial hit by choosing to show up and take care of them.

I’m sharing this with you because I realized that by making this deliberate choice I had the opportunity to put my money where my mouth is. As an engineer, I know that filtration involves sealing the boundary between two air spaces, the pore size of the filtration material versus the particles filtered, and numerous other effects like sedimentation, contamination, aerosol vs droplets, ionization, washing, stretching, handling, etc. I can also read many of the papers presented in scientific journals competently, and thus I have concluded, pending new information, that masks are useless for preventing the transmission of viruses.

Similarly I’ve evaluated the FLCCC protocol, similar protocols, and supporting research over the past year or so and have similarly concluded that using Ivermectin in conjunction with Zinc, a Zinc ionosphore like quecertin, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D is an effective prophylaxis against the virus(s) we are calling Covid. Because of that I chose not to wear a mask while helping out, and I chose to take the prophylaxis. Even if it works I could still get sick. Even if it doesn’t work, I may not get sick. My results are just one data point. On the other hand my choice reflects my research and a conscious decision based on data I’ve tracked down and evaluated. Much of that data has first come to my attention here, and that is why I’m writing today.

OK, so you may be thinking, “get to the point”.

I have another opportunity to put my money where my mouth is, and for this I need your help. My daughter will start her Junior year in the local school system tomorrow. While she has spent much of her life and a good bit of my fortune in private schools to this point, when we moved to this town last year my wife and I decided that her best choice here is the public school. And as much as I generally have a very low opinion of public schools I stand by that decision largely based on our lack of other viable options.

This school system, while generally well regarded as far as public schools go, is still primarily focused on risk aversion and compliance as their primary mission. To that end they have re-instituted a mask mandate for all students, a decision that I disagree with rather strongly.
I am about to become a legal pain in the ass of the school board, the city council that appoints said school board, the state school board, the legislature, and likely the court system. I understand that I will not sway the opinion of the apparatchiks on the board, the council, or the state board. They are in it for their own benefit and their decisions are based on their desire to avoid blame and responsibility as well as to comply with directives handed to them on high and profit from their hidden relationships. I’ve worked in the political process before, and I have a clear understanding of the power and powerlessness of a grass-roots movement in the political machine.

The point of this exercise is to put on the record information about the consequences of public policy as relates to our children. To that end I want to provide awareness and resources to the people who will see these meetings. They need to know that our psych wards are filling up with young teens who have attempted suicide; that the increase in YOY successful suicides in school age children far exceeds the deaths from Covid; that children (especially young children) suffer most from re-breathing the air in their masks because of the ratio of lung capacity to mask capacity; that attention spans and learning outcomes are destroyed by masking; that mask re-use, long term wear, and cross contamination from fidgeting means masks are a source of problems; that effective communication is very difficult with masks, that, in short, a mandatory mask policy fails the “first, do no harm” directive of public health, does not provide any measurable benefits, and impedes learning.

I’ve spent a good bit of time reading and following various threads and articles, but what I haven’t done is archive that information in a way that I can use it as a resource to share and present to other groups. Can you help me with that? I’ve asked admin to post this as a sticky for a few days to give the TBP family an opportunity to post links and resources that I can use for this next active step to resist the narrative. I’ll reciprocate your help by creating a shareable resource compilation as well as copies of the presentation(s) I create using these resources. You will have full license to use them freely without restrictions or copyrights.

I don’t know that peaceful resistance will be enough to stop what is coming; however, I believe that, like the founding fathers, it is our duty to try our legal options first. If those fail we may be forced into other less conventional methods of argument; however, until our legal avenues are closed I think we should all become grit in the gears at every opportunity. Show your face. Speak out. Provide information and resources to others who may not have looked beyond the mainstream media. Advocate for your children. Assert your rights as humans. Resist. Do not tolerate evil. Do.

Police in Switzerland have threatened to stop enforcing COVID-19 rules over fears that the measures are disproportionately undermining the fundamental rights of citizens.

A group representing police officers in the Alpine country wrote a letterto the Swiss Federation of Police Officers (FSFP) warning of potential insubordination within the force over the enforcement of draconian laws.

“If the measures were to conflict with the general opinion of the population, disproportionately limiting their fundamental rights, many police officers would no longer be willing to apply them,” the group wrote in the letter.

While the letter was received favorably by lockdown skeptics, the FSFP attempted to dismiss it by claiming it only represented a small number of police officers.

Adrian Gaugler of the Conference of Cantonal Police Commanders went further, threatening the officers with sanctions if they refused to enforce the measures.

“An officer who refuses to enforce the law can be punished,” said Gaugler.

“Police refusing to enforce coronavirus measures is not unique to Switzerland,” writesChris Tomlinson.

“Earlier this year, police in the Canadian province of Ontario rejected new powers given by the provincial government that would have allowed them to stop any motorist or pedestrian and demand to know where they live and why they were not at home.”

As we previously highlighted, after lockdown was imposed in Switzerland, calls to private investigators soared as a result of people wanting their neighbors investigated for making too much noise.

Around 160 San Francisco Sheriffs Deputies are threatening to resign and seek employment elsewhere or opt for early retirement due to the mandatory COVID-19 vaccine policy. San Francisco officials recently announced that all city employees will have to be vaccinated or face possible termination.

A number of San Francisco deputies will seek employment elsewhere or opt for early retirement if they are required to take the COVID-19 vaccine under a new imposed vaccine mandate, warned the city’s sheriff’s union on Friday.

There are about 35,000 city employees. Religious exemptions or medical reasons may let some bypass the mandate, but those who refuse the shot and have no exemption will encounter consequences that could result in termination, reported the San Francisco Chronicle.

The San Francisco Deputy Sheriffs’ Association published a statement on Facebook, saying they always supported safety measures against the virus but the issue at hand is that about 160 of their Sheriffs don’t want to take the vaccine due to their beliefs.

“The problem we are faced with now is the strict San Francisco Mandate which is vaccinate or be terminated. If deputy sheriffs are forced to vaccinate a percentage of them will retire early or seek employment elsewhere,” reads the statement.

The Sheriff’s Association notes that 160 of their 700 deputies are unwilling to take the vaccine, and that they can’t afford to lose them since they already have the lowest-ever staffing due to applicant testing restrictions imposed by the mayor.

“The majority of Deputy Sheriffs are vaccinated. Approximately 160 out 700 Deputy Sheriffs are not vaccinated [and] prefer to mask and test weekly instead of being vaccinated due to religious and other beliefs.

Currently, the staffing at the SFSO is at the lowest it has ever been due to the past 9-month applicant testing restriction placed on the Sheriff’s Office by the May.”

As reported by GreatGameIndiaearlier, numerous members of the U.S. military also said that they would quit if the armed forces mandated a COVID-19 vaccine, after a report claimed that Army headquarters told commanders to prepare for mandatory vaccinations in September.

According to a Pentagon report almost 75% of US troops refused taking the COVID-19 vaccine. Addressing the allegation of a cover-up, the spokesperson for the agency, John Kirby informed the news outlets about the reason for the lack of exact data.

According to a survey more than half of Americans do not want COVID-19 vaccine.

In India, the Indian Air Force has been served a show cause notice by the Gujarat High Court for forcing to dismiss an officer after he refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine stating that he was using ayurvedic medicines suggested by the AYUSH ministry to increase his immunity against COVID-19.

The officer who challenged his termination in the Gujarat High Court has succeeded in getting a stay from the court.

The “Covid Pandemic” Is a Money-making Hoax and Perhaps Serves Darker Agendas

The Covid Deception is the worst criminal act in human history.

Recently I pointed out that Big Pharma runs an Internet operation to muster Democrats to the defense of Tony Fauci, who has been caught in a number of lies and would face indictment if the US had a rule of law.  Big Pharma apparently  also funds Coronavirus World Updates which pours out lies to counter the overwhelming evidence that can no longer be suppressed about Covid and the ineffectiveness and danger of the vaccines.

From all over the world the evidence is conclusive that the countries with the largest percentage of the population vaccinated are experiencing the largest number of new Covid cases called “breakthroughs,” a deceptive term to keep focus off the fact that it is the vaccines  that are likely causing the new illnesses, not a “delta variant.”

Some parts of the world such as Iceland and Gibraltar have between 90% and 100% of their populations vaccinated, yet they are experiencing high numbers of  new illnesses.  In other parts of the world reports are coming in that 75% of new infections are among the fully vaccinated. US public health officials are saying the fully vaccinated need to wear masks, an admission that the vaccines provide no protection (neither do the masks). Others health officials report that the vaccines are only good for 6 months and boosters are necessary.  But if it is the vaccines that are causing the “breakthroughs,” the booster jabs will just cause more illnesses.

It is inexplicable that health officials cannot get the narrative in line with the facts.

The latest lie from Coronavirus World Updates is that “those who are not vaccinated are more than twice as likely to be reinfected.”  There is no evidence whatsoever for this statement.  Indeed, the evidence completely contradicts the statement.  Country after country report that the “breakthroughs” are concentrated in the vaccinated.  People who had Covid and recovered have natural immunity which holds up far better than the six months being ascribed to the vaccines.

The number of official Covid cases is the product of a defective Covid test, now being abandoned by the CDC and WHO. The test was run at such high cycles that it produced false positives that were used to exaggerate the threat and induce fear to prepare acceptance of inoculation. The actual Covid cases are a small percentage of the official number. Remember also that last flu season there were no flu cases reported.  The flu cases were counted as Covid cases.

The Covid deaths were also greatly exaggerated.  Hospitals had financial incentives to report all deaths as Covid deaths.  Most “Covid deaths” were due to co-morbidities, lack of treatment, and even to a motorcycle accident.

Here is how to understand that Covid is being used to make vaccine makers and their investors very rich. Covid is amongst us. It has now allegedly produced the “delta variant” and many more variants are to come. The vaccine only works for a limited time.  To be safe we will need booster shots.  As the “variants” will continue forever, so will the booster shots.

There might be darker agendas afoot. There is evidence that the toxic spike protein in the vaccine accumulates in the ovaries and testicles, thus impairing human fertility. We have reached the point in our collapse that evidence itself is now regarded as “conspiracy theory” and is “fact-checked” away by the hired guns of the corrupt American establishment.

WHILE some well-intentioned (but ill-informed) MPs are doing their utmost to counter Covid ‘vaccine hesitancy’ in their constituencies, the remarkable Dr Tess Lawrie is continuing to try to persuade medical colleagues to pause the rollout.

She sets out her case simply and powerfully in this interview with Mark Dolan of talkRADIO, aired on Wednesday. Well worth watching, and it could be sent to friends and relatives who are wondering who to believe on the issue.

Dolan, who has had both doses of the vaccine himself, puts questions reflecting the perspective held by most people, that the vaccine is safe and effective, as repeatedly advertised by the NHS.

Lawrie, who founded the Evidence-Based Medicine Consultancy Ltd, a specialist firm committed to improving the quality of healthcare through rigorous research, shows a cool authority in her replies.

‘I’ve looked at the data and I think there is reason to pause,’ she says. By the end of June, 300,000 people had reported adverse events through the UK regulator’s Yellow Card system after taking the vaccine, and this is not normal.

‘If you take a vaccine like tetanus, around since 1968, there are 36 deaths attributed to it on the World Health Organisation (WHO) database, whereas six to seven thousand deaths have been reported from Covid vaccine in just a few months.

‘In the UK, there are 1,440 deaths. So this is unprecedented in the history of any medicine, to have so many deaths reported in such a short time [four months], and indeed so many reports in such a short time.’

Pressed by Dolan on whether this meant the need for a pause, even though the reports do not prove cause and effect, she says: ‘I tend to adopt the precautionary principle. I think if there’s any cause for concern, especially in view of these alarming numbers of reports, we need to get more information, and follow up each and every report to find out a bit more about its association – indeed, is it a cause for concern.

‘I feel there is a lack of transparency from the regulatory bodies. In their report, they highlight a very rare brain clot, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, and that there have been 30 deaths associated with this and a couple of hundred cases.

‘But when you look at the Yellow Card data, you find there have been 2,208 strokes reported – a brain bleed – and of those, 154 people died. These data are far more worrying to me than just the cerebral venous sinus thrombosis data.

‘And when you look at all sorts of bleed, and the causes of death overall, you see that many are associated with bleeding and clotting. We’re seeing brain clots and heart clots and lung clots. The commonest causes of death are brain clots – strokes – and then pulmonary embolism, which is a lung clot, and also heart clots – heart attacks. I personally think these should be investigated.’

Dolan: Wouldn’t pausing the vaccine rollout put us back into the mess of the pandemic?

‘Not really, because we now know there are many safe, effective treatments for Covid. It is not an untreatable condition. There’s a very safe medicine called ivermectin, very low-cost, and around for 40 years, registered on the WHO’s database since 1992. And they’ve only registered 20 deaths since 1992. It’s been given billions of times, used against tropical parasites and available over-the-counter in many countries.’

Dolan: Should the vaccine be given to children over 12?

‘It’s unnecessary and dangerous. A child has more chance of dying from a vaccination – looking at these figures – than they do from Covid.’

Dolan: Is the relatively small risk from the vaccine better than getting Covid? It’s certainly a nasty virus.

‘I think we all have a robust immune system, if you’re not vulnerable and not very elderly. Our immune systems are geared up to deal with viruses, bacteria and others. A lot of the side-effects we see from Covid – the long Covid and so on – can be prevented by early treatment.

‘The doctors using ivermectin say you don’t get long Covid if you treat with it in the early stages. If you’ve got a treatment for Covid, you don’t have to be afraid of Covid.’

Dolan: What’s your professional verdict on 16 months of rolling out lockdowns in the UK and across the world?

‘I haven’t seen any good evidence that lockdowns or masks work. More concerning, we’ve known that ivermectin works for some time, and doctors have been trying to communicate this message to the authorities, who have been very single-minded in their strategy and approach. If ivermectin had been employed last year, when the UK authorities were notified, there would have been no lockdown in my opinion.’

Dolan: Why do you think your message about applications such as ivermectin were ignored?

‘I think there are a lot of forces at play . . . Covid is probably a £100billion-a-year industry, and ivermectin and other generic medicines are very cheap.’

Lawrie adds: ‘I think it’s time everybody took more responsibility for their health. Get themselves in better shape, be careful of what they eat – not just the quantity and the calories, but the nutritional value; exercise, and sunlight, and including taking responsibility for getting the information. Anybody can go to the Yellow Card system and have a look at the data. It’s not that easy on the government system, but there is a group called UK Column with a website that’s really easy to navigate. They update the data every week. You can type in a problem, and see what other people are reporting too.

‘I would encourage everybody, if you have the vaccine today and tomorrow you have some kind of problem, to report it – it may be associated with the vaccine, and there might be many other people who are suffering a similar thing. It’s only by highlighting these things that we will be able to ask the government to investigate.’

Mrs. Jones, who has everything under the sun, moon, and stars, gets four hours of sleep per night because when she clocks out and gets home, there’s a whole family to nurture and care for.

Her day literally never ends.

The status of house, the two car payments, yes, Mr. and Mrs. Jones look like they have it all.

They go on lavish vacations because that’s the only time they literally see each other. And because Mrs. Jones has spent all of her energy giving her best to a boss that probably doesn’t even know her name, she’s too exhausted to enjoy it.

I do not envy the upper tier in the least. I would rather wear thrift store dresses and sit on the porch in the afternoon.

The Joneses are Absolutely Miserable

We are in the last days, women. Perilous times have come. As I look at this list, I can see that it has come from the denial of God and the breakdown of the family. Love God and keep your family together!

False teachers convince women they need to love themselves. God never commands this of us. He commands we love Him and love others as we love ourselves. We love ourselves too much! This is what causes all of these other sins: covetousness, boasting, pride, and disobedience.

We have a nation that loves pleasure more than it loves God. This is dangerous, women. Do you notice how Paul then goes on to write about “silly women”? We know from Scripture that women are more easily deceived (1 Timothy 2:14). Many women who claim the name of Christ watch immoral and godless shows like soap operas, The Bachelor, and others that are filled with things that God hates. These women are feeding their lusts. This is why so many women are addicted to porn these days. Instead of dwelling on the good and the lovely (Philippians 4:8), they dwell on the perverted and wicked.

Then we wonder why so many women are being led away from truth and deceived by all of the false female preachers. Instead of meditating upon God’s Word and growing in the wisdom and the knowledge of Him, they are meditating upon the filth of this world. You will never find true joy and contentment by doing this, women.

I recommend turning off the TV completely. There really is hardly anything of value on it anymore. Watch the TV shows and movies of old when sin was acknowledged as sin and good always triumphed over evil. There were no sex scenes or immoral activities intended to entice its audience.

God tells us that His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Please, women, be in the Word daily, even if it is only a chapter a day. Get rid of the devotionals and only read God’s Word. You will only grow in wisdom from His Word. Then you will be able to clearly distinguish between good and evil. (I recommend beginning in the book of John and reading to the end of your Bible if you are a beginner.)

I cannot watch garbage. It holds no appeal to me. It disgusts me. I love goodness and holiness. I hate the filth of this world. I would rather play with my grandchildren, and write and mentor women in the ways of biblical womanhood than be entertained by anything this world has to offer.

I have heard of too many “Christian” women who have had affairs and divorced their husbands. Why is this happening? Because thy are “silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.” Do NOT be one of them! Grow in the wisdom and the knowledge of the Lord instead. The silly women will only reap pain and destruction in their lives. Godly women will reap joy and goodness in their lives. Whom are you going to serve? Yourself or God?

Biden’s statement and the Pentagon’s policy make no sense whatsoever. Evidence is pouring in from around the world that the so-called “delta variant” is most prevalent among the fully vaccinated. Public health authorities are saying that the fully vaccinated must protect themselves by wearing masks!  What then is the point of mandatory vaccination of the armed services and anyone else as the vaccine does not protect but does cause death and serious adverse effects?! How can it be that the American “superpower” has a president and Secretary of Defense too stupid to put two and two together?

Everywhere vaccine-indoctrinated medical personnel and politicians are calling for the return of mask-wearing whether you are vaccinated or not. NBC News like the rest of the presstitutes is ramping up the fear. Fear! Fear! The hospitals are said to be full of vaccinated delta variants, and we are urged to get vaccinated in order to be safe!  

As many experts have pointed out, there is no delta variant.  The so-called “breakthrough” cases are illnesses caused by the vaccine itself.

Note the point one.  Soon AY.2, AY.3, AY.4 will be announced.  More vaccines, more booster shots. As vaccine deaths and injuries mount, more invented “variants” will be blamed.  With this game plan in operation you can see why the price of vaccine stocks have shot up. The share prices reflect the expected profits from endless vaccination.

As we are learning, there are more agendas associated with Covid than profit.  The institutionalization of tyranny is another associated agenda.  The CDC has come up with a plan to shield “high-risk” people by moving them into “green zone” camps where “they would have minimal contact with family members.”  Who is designated “high-risk”?  The front people for the internment camp plan are the elderly with co-morbidities.  But the vaccination propaganda defines “high-risk individuals” as the unvaccinated.  The camps will be for the unvaccinated. Covid’s victims are limited to a small number of people with co-morbidities and weak immune systems who are denied treatment by known cures such as HCQ and Ivermectin.  These deaths were needed and desired in order to generate fear that would stampede people into accepting an unapproved, untested experimental technology never before used, the consequences of which were unknown.  We now know that the consequences include death and permanent health impairment; yet the rush to vaccinate marches forward.

Clearly, the agenda operating is not public health. The Covid virus funded by Fauci in Wuhan has brought tyranny to America, and the “vaccine” is bringing death and impaired health to millions of people.
