Racelightning
An act of psychological manipulation where Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) receive racial messages that distort their realities and lead them to second-guess themselves.
This word was coined by the new president of Sacramento State University Dr. J. Luke Wood. One thing to note immediately is that by definition racelighting does not allow white people in it, only BIPOC; white people cannot by definition be race-lit. Prior to becoming the president of Sacramento State, Dr Wood was San Diego State University’s Chief Diversity Officer.
Notice, in the post above Dr. Wood explicitly says white people are racelighting people of color.
We’ll come back to this.
The winner of the primary
Keeping with the theme of Sacramento, the winner of the primary for Sacramento Mayor is Dr. Flo Cofer. The final election will be held in November. Here are the primary results:
Why do I mention Dr. Flo? In 2022 she tweeted, “White fascist violence supports capitalism,” as well as a word salad.
More lies
Are these two correct? Are BIPOC receiving racial messages that distort their realities and lead them to second-guess themselves, and, is white fascist violence to blame? Well, let’s look at the data and judge for ourselves. As you’ll note both of these two are doctorates from academia. Surely they’ve done the hard work. In case they haven’t, I did!
I conducted three public records requests (PRR) from Sacramento Police Department:
- From 2020, race of every suspect/victim of robbery in Sacramento
- From 2020, race of every suspect/victim of rape/sexual assault
- From 2020, race of every suspect/victim of homicide
I decided to focus on these three things because these are the most violent of offenses: Robbery, Rape, and Murder; everything else trickles down from these.
So here is what the data shows.
Let’s start with: Robberies
Demographics
What should stand out immediately is that black people in Sacramento appear to rob white people more than they rob themselves. Also, in the chart is Sacramento’s racial demographics:

- Black 10.8%
Now let’s look at number 2 on that list. Rape data in Sacramento. According to the Sacramento PD here is the interracial and intra-racial rape and sexual assault data from January 2020 until June 2024. Here are the results:

- Black on White rape/sexual assault 184/
- White on Black rape/sexual assault 29
What’s worth noting is similar to the Sacramento robbery data: White people are once again the largest recipient of interracial harm.

According to the Sacramento PD here is the interracial and intra-racial Homicide data from January 2020 until March 2024:
- Black on white homicides 13
- White on black homicides 1
- Black on black 66
- White on white 13
Sacramento population demographics:

In other words, white people in Sacramento have the highest population in Sacramento and commit some of the lowest amount of homicides. You know that one white on black homicide mentioned? It turns out it was self-defense. In June of 2023, a white veteran in a wheelchair asked a black man to turn down his car speakers that he was playing loudly. The black man in the car ran over the veteran; the veteran then shot the black man in response, killing him.
Now let’s look at a couple of the black on white homicides in Sacramento: In September 2021, Troy Davis, 51, broke into a Sacramento women’s home Mary “Kate” Tibbitts, 61. He then raped her and murdered and her dog, and lit her on fire, then burned down her house to hide the evidence.
She also lets us all know that militarized vehicles deployed by police departments cause trauma in communities, particularly in communities of color.
Statistics and numbers
What’s interesting here is according to the VA this chart tells us the amount of military veterans living in the US right now. Looking at the table an actual argument can be made that military vehicles deployed would cause trauma more in non-communities of color. Dr. Flo has a doctorate in epidemiology. Epidemiology can be said to more of a study in patterns. As you may notice, this entire essay is a study in data driven patterns. She is a non-veteran and somehow she is a victim of someone else being arrested, not related to her.
Stephon Clark
So let’s dive into what happened to Stephon Clark
In March of 2018, Stephon Clark, an unarmed black man, was shot and killed in his own backyard in Sacramento by police. That’s the message that is spread: that black people are under attack in their own backyard. But is that really what happened?
Stephen Clark (a black man) was breaking into multiple cars, then broke into a person’s backyard and threw a cinder block through their sliding glass door (DNA later confirmed this). During this, police were called, upon contact, he ran into a back yard and the police chased him. The officers claimed they saw a shiny object pointed at them that they claimed to be gun. They ended up shooting at clark, ultimately killing him. It was found out later the item in clarks hand was his cell phone. The news sold the story as unarmed black man killed in his own backyard. The officers chasing clark didn’t know it was his grandma’s backyard they chased him into. But…
Two officers that shot at Clark , one of them is black!
When one the officers asked Stephon clark, “Show me your hands,” Clark responded with, “Fuck you.” And it’s the same officer who is black, that says, “Gun” because he thought he saw Clark with one.

Officers saw Clark first advancing toward them, then standing in the shooter stance (isosceles position), and he was pointing something at them that reflected and caused a flash of light that the officers thought was a gun.

Here’s what the Sacramento DA found upon reviewing the case.
Clark’s autospy showed he was under multiple intoxicants including alcohol, Xanax, codeine, hydrocodone (Vicodin), and more.
One of the cars Clark broke into that night—this one he was seen sitting inside after he broke in it.
He then broke the window of this white Explorer. The owner of this car grabbed a baseball bat and clark got scared and ran into a nearby yard. Meanwhile the car owner called 911. He reported seeing “a male in a black hooded sweatshirt, wearing pants with a white stripe or dot design.”
Note: no race of the suspect was given.
Clark then ran into a nearby yard and took a cinder block and smashed it through the back sliding glass door of this house. After that, he runs into another backyard next door, which turns out to be his own. The police did not it was his own backyard at the time, which, when chasing a suspect, doesn’t actually matter.
Further investigation showed Clark had googled that evening, “easiest ways to kill yourself.”
One can rationally conclude that this was a suicide-by-cop scenario.
I know that was an excessive amount of detail. But those details lead to this next point. I have previously mentioned the fab 40’s housing area—where Desean Brasser robbed and murdered Charles Starzynski. It’s the area mentioned in the movie Lady Bird where she lies about living in because its so nice
The reason I mentioned the fab 40s because Flo Cofer and her friends went there and protested the killing of Stephon Clark. To be fair, this was before the murder of Mr. Starzynski, but it’s emblematic of her deception. That is, to pretend black people are under attack and go to neighborhoods where black people murder white people and claim to be the victim. She was in a group that chanted “No Justice, No Peace, No Racist police!” Of course, leaving out that one of the cops that shot clark is black. And black people disproportionately kill white people in Sacramento.
Here’s a second video of that encounter. You can see Flo appear once the “No Justice No peace” phrase is said. She’s to the left of the girl with the white and red shirt saying “No racist police.”
Summary
So, let’s summarize: A black cop and a white cop shoot a black man that is breaking into multiple cars and a house and they chase him and a black cop tells him to stop running and the suspect motions in the dark that he’s going to shoot them. The cops fire attempting to save their own lives. Sacramento has a 13 to one black on white murder ratio. Blacks in Sacramento rob and rape whites more than the opposite And somehow white racism is the problem? Let’s try this in reverse. Imagine if whites killed blacks 13 to 1 in Sacramento. And Whites raped and robbed blacks way more than the other way around and then a black and a white cop shot and killed a white man. Then the whites in town went to a predominantly black neighborhood and shouted “No Racist Police” that would be sociopathic. In Sacramento, it puts you in first place for Mayor.
Let’s start to think objections to these points. A glaring objection would be to point out that this is just Sacramento, what about the rest of California? Ok, Let’s check it out.
Every year the far-left California Attorney General releases homicide data in his yearly, “Homicide in California” report. Buried all the way in the back on page 38 is homicide arrests by race . This report was just released on July 1st 2024. I’ve made a nice graph of this year’s findings. Note the California population by race is blue and homicide arrests are red.
Maybe you’re thinking 2023 was a fluke. Good news, I’ve gone back 23 years (yes, really) and made a chart of the averages for those years and the chart is pretty much identical.
Speaking of Racelighting there are two main arguments about black homicide everyone is lied to about.
- Unarmed blacks are killed by police by insane proportions compared to unarmed whites.
- Over half of all black homicides are exonerated.
Starting with 1. The very liberal Washington post has kept a police shooting database since 2015. I decided to make a chart (again, yes really) of every year from then to 2023 showing the unarmed shooting victims of police . Before you look at the chart guess how many unarmed black people were shot by the police in 2023? It’s 16. White? It’s 17.
I found that the police keep a database of every officer death. So, I decided to compare every police firearm related homicide versus unarmed police shootings to show how much danger police put up with
This doesn’t include various other ways police are killed in the line of duty including stabbings, vehicular homicide, fire, assault, etc.
What I wanted to illustrate was the considerable amount of danger police put themselves in versus the narrative that police are just going around shooting unarmed black people.
To debunk number 2., that over half of black homicides are exonerated, I need to show you some data first. This chart is the last 9 years of available data from the FBIs Crime Data Explorer. This is Homicide suspects percentage by race fore the entire United States. As you’ll notice, a pattern emerges.
Data analysis & murder rates
To put this data in context. According to the 2020 census, The United States population is:
- 58.4% White
- 3.7% Black
As you can see from the chart as of 2022 the FBI counts 75% of the population, which means, they include enough police departments to cover 75% of the United States population. And every year it’s inching closer to 100%. To fill in the missing gaps I found two places the FBI doesn’t count homicide data California and New York City. Good news though, you’ve already seen the California data from earlier; feel free to scroll up and review it. And now, the New York City data. I compiled from 2015 to 2023 of all homicides in New York.
Compare that data to NYC’s population demographic data below.
This genuinely begs the question of why isn’t this data reported to the FBI? One can only speculate.
All of that data was a prelude to debunk the “Over half of all black homicides are exonerated.” argument. The argument originates from this chart from the National Registry of Exonerations. They got this chart from a study by the university of Michigan Law School called Race and Wrongful Convictions in the United States.
This is data spans from 1989 to August 2022 – 34 years. In 34 years there’s been a total of 1167 murder exonerations. Of those 55% are black people that were exonerated. Not 55% of all murders but “of the” exonerations “for” murder, 55% of them were black people.
Recall from the FBI Data black people average around 52% of the murders every year. This, combined with the California data and the NYC data would lead one to believe the amount of exonerations matches almost perfectly with the amount of murder committed. Disaggregating the murder exonerations shows 642 black people have been exonerated since 1989 which averages to 19 a year.

Now let’s come full circle to Dr. Luke Wood. In 2022, he gave a Juneteenth presentation on racelighting.
Racial tensions: By design
I’ve circled some of the interesting parts, again, along with Flo Cofer, he attacks capitalism. And, he points out that micro-aggressions, micro-insults, and micro-invalidations make up the landscape of racelighitng.
What I want to ask you, the reader, is this. What is more pressing, quantifiable actual murder data or unquantifiable micro-aggressions? Put another way, physical violence or words? Which one scares you more? The Government, the media, and academia all agree: its words. But what do you think?
And yes, white people and black people are constantly racelit to think white people are out attacking black people. Here are some examples that I observed when driving around Sacramento.

This article has almost nothing to do with race. Yes, really. It’s all a smokescreen to usher in communism. Allow me to explain. Notice how each in race based statement there’s a backhand reference on how capitalism causes this? It’s ok I would’ve forgot at this point as well. Here’s a review:

She’s clains shoplifting is not a big deal and black people are disproportionately arrested for shoplifting. But what is the reason?
Capitalism, of course.
I chose these specific examples to show you something. The Government – Dr. Flo Cofer, Academia – Dr. Luke Wood, and The Media – SacBee Author. All of them uniting around the topic: Attacking capitalism.
They all know race is a topic white people can never engage in even harmlessly. They know any response to their insane assertions will make one lose their job. Ask Grant Napear from Sacramento. Grant Napear served as the play-by-play announcer for the Sacramento Kings from 1988 until 2020, marking a tenure of approximately 32 years
Napear was fired for tweeting all lives matter in response to Demarcus cousins asking him his thoughts on BLM.
Notice, Grant did not tweet black lives dont matter. He didn’t tweet white lives only matter. He tweeted All lives matter. Also, Napear was asked what his take was on BLM. Grant didn’t assert this out of nowhere. And, of course lowlife Sacramento native Matt Barnes had to chime in.
Does any of this seem familiar?
During the height of Maos cultural revolution in China he had total control of the country. One way he seized that control was with the Red Guard. The Red Guard were students who Mao controlled. Mao convinced the students that dirty capitalists had stolen their future. The Red guard in turn filled colosseums up with people such as landlords and business owners who were then beaten and made to wear signs to show them as evil capitalists.
They were then told to denounce their capitalist past and join the communist party. This was called a Struggle session. The term has its origin in class struggle. Most of these evil capitalists were murdered and others were forced to wear dunce caps and repeat the party lines of communism good, capitalism bad.

Conclusion
What we have in Sacramento is a constant drumbeat that black people are under attack. The easiest and simplest metric of this data being homicide was fact checked. And, the conclusion is the EXACT opposite. Black people are disproportionately killing white people in Sacramento and everyone, everywhere else. Thats just what the data says.
What they have figured out is while you’re vulnerable and they have the upper hand by talking about race, they use that as an opportunity to sneak in their most insidious lie, capitalism bad, communism good. Most times you won’t even notice it. But you are aware of it in the background. Associating all their “truths” with the scapegoat of capitalism.
They knew they could do this race baiting in perpetuity because pushing back will make you lose everything. But, times do change. You have now seen the data. Everything in this article is cited. Please, I beg you fact check anything Ive written.
We live in the era of the internet. We can fact check their lies. So, I have decided to coin my own word to combat this: RaceLying

You live in a world where losers cry about micro-aggressions where no physical harm is committed and become president of a university, but if you have any reluctance you will be fired immediately. You live in hell. Words are more important than actual violence. You can never talk about it because it’s always met with lectures about slavery, something that you and no Californian participated in and every modern person is disgusted with.
Sacramento is under a reign of anti-white black verbal and physical attacks. This will stop when people speak up. In any other state, this would cause a state of emergency.

Nothing I have written is an assertion. What I mean by that is I’m not giving lectures on white people traumatizing black people with micro-aggressions. I’m not tweeting that white fascist violence supports capitalism. What I am doing is responding to those assertions. The responses required months of data collection and analysis. If the data showed the reverse: that white people were killing black people in Sacramento 13 to 1 then I would be rallying for police and media and friends and family to put pressure on the white community to see why the hell whites are attacking black people, it would be sociopathic not to look in to this. You know the people that always talk about allies? Where are all the allies pointing out this anti-white homicide epidemic? The Sacramento Bee isn’t doing this, they’re presently writing articles about why shoplifting is no big deal. The local news isn’t doing this. I’m doing this. You should be too. Google your town and search public records request. Find out who is doing the raping and murdering in your town. When you see for yourself, you can be free of the whining and bullshit. You can be the rebel, not some blue haired freak yelling ACAB, who thinks exactly lock step with the media, academia, and government. They are not edgy or subversive. They, in fact, are the system. They are agents. They are the systemic racism they claim to hate.
Author’s 2nd note: I finished this article and the ending kept eating at me. The idea that is asserted that white people are hunting black people is repeated endlessly everywhere just honestly bothers me. So, after a lot of thought and research I have decided to assert something myself. Here it goes. Almost every trans person murdered each year is murdered exclusively by black and brown men, Not white. Yes, there are occasionally instances where whites are the perpetrators. But it’s not the norm whatsoever.
This should blow your mind.
In 2020, every trans person that was murdered was murdered by either a black or brown person or the killer was unknown. Zero known white perpetrators! Sorry, but this is true. Want to verify it for yourself? Great. The Human Rights Campaign every year lists every trans person murdered in a yearly report. What’s interesting is you can click on each person and google their name and find the associated article on their murder . Here’s the data from the HRC for 2020 . (One caveat is this data was verified over a year ago, so it’s possible since then and now an unknown perpetrator ended up being white. Feel free to double check.)
In 2018 X user Andy Ngo who is a gay man himself, did an exposé on the supposed anti-trans homicide epidemic. This was his finding:

At the top of that post he lists every suspect and victim and very quickly pattern should emerge when viewing them. You can click on those pictures to view his posts. Also, here is the 2018 list from the Human Rights Campaign where you can verify these findings.
Moving forward, what made me assert this information rather than not mention it is Dr. Flo Cofer, Dr. Luke Wood, and that nutty author of that Sacbee article all at some point online use pronouns to describe themselves. Let me ask you the reader something simple that I keep asking. What is more pressing, words or violence? What would show more ally-ship to a community supposedly under attack? Pronouns (talking about words) or a difficult conversation about groups murdering them (talking about violence)? You know the correct answer. Here’s the thing. You will earn zero friends if you ever broach this conversation. Only frustration will come your way. You can get all the accolades in the world if you tell people your pronouns. But zero for doing something actually useful which is starting to talk about who kills almost all of the trans people.
Don’t you think that is inverted? What you should start to realize is this whole pronoun thing has nothing to do with trans allyship and everything to do with getting attention. Just like the thesis of this entire article – That white people aren’t killing everyone and actually the data shows the exact opposite. Again you will gain zero friends for ever mentioning this. You can show endless reams of data proving this point to a T. It doesn’t matter. They have words you have data. Words win for the left. Data fails.
And, unlike the claims of Dr Cofer, Dr Wood, and that nutty sacbee author, data isn’t based on feelings. It’s based in actual verifiable, tangible… data. If data isn’t good enough for you then by all means, get fucked.
