2020 was the year when the global capitalist ruling classes did away with the illusion of democracy and reminded everyone who is actually in charge, and exactly what happens when anyone challenges them.
Even if one accepts the official “science,” you do not transform the entire planet into a pathologized-totalitarian nightmare in response to a health threat of this nature.

In the relatively short span of the last ten months, societies throughout the world have been transformed beyond recognition. Constitutional rights have been suspended. Protest has been banned. Dissent is being censored.
Government officials are issuing edicts restricting the most basic aspects of our lives … where we can go, when we can go there, how long we are allowed to spend there, how many friends we are allowed to meet there, whether and when we can spend time with our families, what we are allowed to say to each other, who we can have sex with, where we have to stand, how we are allowed to eat and drink, etc. The list goes on and on.
The authorities have assumed control of the most intimate aspects of our daily lives. We are being managed like inmates in a prison, told when to eat, sleep, exercise, granted privileges for good behavior, punished for the slightest infractions of an ever-changing set of arbitrary rules, forced to wear identical, demeaning uniforms (albeit only on our faces), and otherwise relentlessly bullied, abused, and humiliated to keep us compliant.
None of which is accidental, or has anything to do with any actual virus, or any other type of public health threat. Yes, before some of you go ballistic, I do believe there is an actual virus, which a number of people have actually died from, or which at least has contributed to their deaths … but there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever of any authentic public health threat that remotely justifies the totalitarian emergency measures we are being subjected to or the damage that is being done to society.
Whatever you believe about the so-called “pandemic,” it really is as simple as that. Even if one accepts the official “science,” you do not transform the entire planet into a pathologized-totalitarian nightmare in response to a health threat of this nature.
The notion is quite literally insane.
GloboCap is not insane, however. They know exactly what they are doing … which is teaching us a lesson, a lesson about power. A lesson about who has it and who doesn’t. For students of history it’s a familiar lesson, a standard in the repertoire of empires, not to mention the repertoire of penal institutions.
The name of the lesson is “Look What We Can Do to You Any Time We Want.” The point of the lesson is self-explanatory. The USA taught the world this lesson when it nuked Hiroshima and Nagasaki. GloboCap (and the US military) taught it again when they invaded Iraq and destabilized the entire Greater Middle East. It is regularly taught in penitentiaries when the prisoners start to get a little too unruly and remember that they outnumber the guards. That’s where the “lockdown” concept originated. It isn’t medical terminology. It is penal institution terminology.
As we have been experiencing throughout 2020, the global capitalist ruling classes have no qualms about teaching us this lesson. It’s just that they would rather not to have to unless it’s absolutely necessary. They would prefer that we believe we are living in “democracies,” governed by the “rule of law,” where everyone is “free,” and so on. It’s much more efficient and much less dangerous than having to repeatedly remind us that they can take away our “democratic rights” in a heartbeat, unleash armed goon squads to enforce their edicts, and otherwise control us with sheer brute force.
People who have spent time in prison, or who have lived in openly totalitarian societies, are familiar with being ruled by brute force. Most Westerners are not, so it has come as a shock. The majority of them still can’t process it. They cannot see what is staring them in the face. They cannot see it because they can’t afford to see it. If they did, it would completely short-circuit their brains. They would suffer massive psychotic breakdowns, and become entirely unable to function, so their psyches will not allow them to see it.
Others, who see it, can’t quite accept the simplicity of it (i.e., the lesson being taught), so they are proposing assorted complicated theories about what it is and who is behind it … the Great Reset, China, the Illuminati, Transhumanism, Satanism, Communism, whatever. Some of these theories are at least partially accurate. Others are utter bull-goose lunacy.
They all obscure the basic point of the lesson.
The point of the lesson is that GloboCap — the entire global-capitalist system acting as a single global entity — can, virtually any time it wants, suspend the Simulation of Democracy, and crack down on us with despotic force.
It can (a) declare a “global pandemic” or some other type of “global emergency,” (b) cancel our so-called “rights,” (c) have the corporate media bombard us with lies and propaganda for months, (d) have the Internet companies censor any and all forms of dissent and evidence challenging said propaganda, (e) implement all kinds of new intrusive “safety” and “security” measures, including but not limited to the physical violation of our bodies … and so on. I think you get the picture. (The violation of our bodies is important, which is why they love “cavity searches” in prison, and why the torture-happy troops at Abu Ghraib were obsessed with sexually violating their victims.)

The American Medical Association has been adamantly against hydroxychloroquine as a therapeutic for COVID for the past year. Just a few days before the presidential election they reversed course, reversing their opposition. Did they suddenly realize HCQ might have benefit in certain patient groups or were they lying for the past year? How many individuals died as a result of being denied potential lifesaving treatment?

The AMA is synonymous with organized medicine, despite myriad specialty societies that may better represent the needs of its member physicians. In fact, only 12 percent of practicing physicians belong to the AMA due to concerns that the AMA is more interested in its own finances and politics than the concerns of doctors.

When the AMA talks, media and the public listen, due to their perceived clout. Last spring, the AMA issued a statement critical of hydroxychloroquine as it was being used off-label in the treatment of COVID, not FDA-approved for this purpose with supposed “dangerous side effects.”

Quietly at the end of October, the AMA issued a new statement, conveniently overlooked by the media, giving the green light to doctors prescribing HCQ to their COVID patients.

RESOLVED, that our American Medical Association rescind its statement calling for physicians to stop prescribing hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine until sufficient evidence becomes available to conclusively illustrate that the harm associated with use outweighs benefit early in the disease course.

An updated statement clarifying our support for a physician’s ability to prescribe an FDA-approved medication for off label use, if it is in her/his best clinical judgement, with specific reference to the use of hydroxychloroquine and combination therapies for the treatment of the earliest stage of COVID-19.

What changed since last spring? How many COVID deaths could have been prevented if doctors, using their professional and clinical judgement, could have prescribed HCQ without fear of ostracization or loss of their jobs?

HCQ has been around since the 1950s, approved as a malarial preventative and for treatment of lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It is relatively safe, except for the one in a thousand with a rare cardiac arrhythmia, easily identified by a pretreatment EKG. In many African countries, HCQ is available without a prescription for malaria prevention.

The problem arose when President Trump touted HCQ as a “potential therapeutic,” based on early reports of doctors prescribing it with good results. He did not tell anyone to take it but held it out as hope to a country suffering under a pandemic with lockdowns, quarantines, hospitalizations, and deaths.

Trump also took HCQ himself, prescribed by the White House medical team. If Trump claimed drinking water was healthy, the media and medical establishment would have denounced it, citing cases of people dying from drinking too much water.

A perfect example was Fox News crank Neil Cavuto screaming how hydroxy “will kill you.” This was based on a flawed VA study finding no benefit for HCQ in a severely ill cohort of patients, and a higher death rate among those receiving HCQ. This was a retrospective study which did not address the possibility that HCQ was given to sicker patients, who were more likely to die anyway.

Prestigious medical journals, Lancet and New England Journal, retracted published studies raising alarms about HCQ due to bogus study data. It seemed there was a jihad against HCQ from the medical establishment, supported by the media, simply because the Orange Man suggested it.

Was the concern solely over off-label use of drugs? In my world, Avastin has been successfully used off-label for 15 years for the treatment of macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy, despite FDA approval only for cancer and a black box warning about gastrointestinal perforation, wound healing, and hemorrhage.

In relative terms, HCQ is a far safer drug compared to Avastin. Ketamine is another old drug similar to HCQ, FDA-approved in 1970 as a general anesthetic. Yet it is increasingly being used off-label to treat severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD. As a general anesthetic, it certainly can kill you if used improperly, but used under the considered judgment of a physician, it can literally save lives. Neil Cavuto hasn’t yet offered his expert medical opinion on ketamine.

There have been 187 hydroxy studies, 122 of which were peer-reviewed. 100 percent of these studies reported positive effects for early treatment of COVID, meaning, for those not yet in the hospital, and certainly not on a ventilator. These studies were performed and reported this year, while the AMA stayed mum, standing by their admonition against HCQ, until their “oh by the way” report at the end of October.  

The AMA’s about-face is curious in terms of timing. They could have tempered their initial remarks last summer, when the “America’s Frontline Doctors” group was promoting HCQ, azithromycin, and zinc as an effective early treatment for COVID. All three components of their cocktail were off label. In fact, at the time there was no approved therapeutic for COVID and many people could have been treated earlier, potentially keeping them out of the hospital or worse.

Perfect is the enemy of good. Prospective randomized clinical trials would have been great, but they take time. Why not let physicians use their “best clinical judgment” as the recent AMA statement recommends?

Instead, the AMA waited until Oct. 30 to announce a more reasoned position, not coincidently just a few days before the presidential election. Democrats and the media blamed Trump for every COVID illness and death, accusing Trump of “misleading” on HCQ, as a prominent campaign issue.

The timing suggests political scheming by the AMA, withholding important information or opinions in an attempt to influence an election. Will the AMA explain this curious timing? Social and corporate media did something similar with Hunter Biden’s laptop, knowingly suppressing information before the election, which may have swayed voters, glibly reporting on it after the election.

We will never know how many individuals could have been kept out of the hospital, ICU, or morgue if HCQ was used early in the disease course. Most medical miracles are due to outside the box thinking, using an approved drug in a new way. That’s the scientific approach, weighing risks and benefits, marching forward with modifications based on early results.

Instead, the AMA threw cold water on HCQ, joined by a medical establishment and media eager to ruin physicians’ careers if they challenged the dogma and dared promote HCQ.

The AMA played footloose with science and the truth. Some may call that lying and all for political purposes. Meanwhile people died. All to influence an election and depose the tweeting Orange Man in the White House.

Joe Biden is a lie wrapped in a sham hiding inside a moron — he is an epigone of a president at best. Yet, once he takes that oath, we should do everything in our power to make certain he serves out his term while opposing him every day and, in every way, including continuous mostly peaceful protest. Why should “mostly peaceful” be the sole dominion of Antifa?

You see, Kamala Harris is much more complicated than Joe but also much more dangerous. She is a political creation who believes at any given moment whatever is the passion of that moment. She was once the “law and order” district attorney of San Francisco jailing young black men for smoking pot. Now she is a radical leftist, critical theory adherent, and hopeful dictator.

In addition, “mostly peaceful” for us will not be defined as wholesale destruction, arson, and assaulting innocents, as it is for the left. I mean in exercising our rights to protest and self-defense, we fight Antifa and its ilk every time they raise a hand to us, never walking away, and never relying on the police.

Democrats always overplay their hand. They will try to steal the Georgia runoffs just as they did the presidency — they are printing the ballots as we speak. They are going for the kill-shot.

Whether the Dems take Georgia or not, they aim to be vindictive and punish all unbelievers. They will certainly come for us regardless of their talk of unity. Remember, they also spoke of establishing truth commissions and making lists. Which professed vision seems more likely?

Because Democrats live in an echo chamber of media, big tech, and social media, they all say the same things and ignore the same things, they believe the nation is with them and we can be trifled with, with little or no repercussions.

This will play to our advantage. People on the right are angry and we should do everything to keep them that way. Righteous anger is a heck of a motivator for organizing and mobilizing.

Unity? Never.

Peter Maurice writing in Crisis magazine: “[N]ever in our history has the electorate chosen — or had foisted upon them — an executive team so scant of intellect, character, charisma, or political philosophy.” 

This applies to Biden’s cabinet as well, since not one of his choices has subject matter skill. They were picked to fill out an identity politics template. When you don’t choose for competence, you get incompetence.

This administration is going to be an unmitigated disaster with Apoplectic Joe suffering one humiliation after another. If Republicans are smart, they will fight all efforts to invoke the 25^th Amendment or impeach him so we can revel in his suffering. We don’t want to deal with a President Harris. She may not be smart, but she is not in the grips of dementia either. And her screams of racism will be echoed by all the usual suspects.

It is easier to thwart impeachment than to impeach. We want to do battle with Biden.

But, either way.

Trump should stay involved, acting as a shadow president. With alacrity, he should start or buy a network (and make himself another billion dollars). Since he will probably be deplatformed by Twitter he should flee to the welcoming arms of Parler; millions will follow. He will also need positive visibility and his own network would be perfect. More than likely, he will get Sean Hannity, and he could even have a shot at Tucker Carlson. How about a show for Dan Bongino? Fox can keep Cavuto and Juan Williams.

In his remaining days he should pardon everyone, as Kurt Schlichter writes:

“By which I mean everybody.

People who are accused of something right now.

People who aren’t accused of anything yet.

People who worked for Trump.

People who didn’t.

Even his opponents.

Pardon everybody”

Everybody except Hunter. For him he must get the DoJ to appoint a special counsel. Puling media lackeys will go insane, but what can they do, get spiteful and give Trump bad press? Ha!

Let’s make it so the next time Hunter bumps into his maundering moron of a father he says, “Pardon me.”

Trump should enlarge his official campaign apparatus and immediately declare he is running in 2024 so he can keep raising money to support rallies and to organize his tens of millions of supporters who know this election was stolen. These supporters should mostly peacefully protest every action Joe Biden takes.

During the interregnum between this election and the next, Trump should have regular rallies. Tens of thousands of people seem to enjoy them. The first “Trump 2024” rally should be held on January 20, 2021 in opposition to Biden’s inauguration. I long to see the humiliation on Biden’s face when Trump’s crowd is bigger than his crowd. Biden’s rally in Georgia the other day was anemic, with attendance in the hundreds, not in the tens of thousands Trump can count on.

He also must hold issue specific rallies, especially ones in support of the 2^nd Amendment — because you know Joe is coming after guns and with upwards of 500 million guns in citizens’ hands, it could be his greatest fundraising weapon and organizing tool. All rallies should have paid security or be held in states where there is open carry with volunteer security. Controlling the perimeters is paramount after a rally ends because that’s where Antifa will try to pick off old people and those they have outnumbered.

We need not be omniscient to know Antifa will show up at our rallies and protests, so being prepared with a plan and an organized force to defend attendees is not only prudent but also necessary.

We know that when Republicans hold the Senate, Democrats are intending to deploy Antifa, probably the first time the Senate says no to leftist nominees or legislation to remake America. Conflict with Antifa is inevitable and while Antifa may be better organized than they once were, there are so many more of us and we control most of the nation’s land mass and have most of the guns as well.

This is war, and Biden, the Democrats, media, social media, big tech, and Antifa should know we are defending our country and its constitution and are not going down without a fight.

With cowardice and treachery swirling in the December air like snowflakes, we wonder what fate will befall the Republic.  The epic elections scam is within inches of triumph.  We’re near calling for a Hail Mary pass.  We pray for a Trump victory.  If that pass misses the receiver, though, then a frail, faltering, corrupt old man will make a mockery of the oath of office by taking it at high noon on January 20.  All those who participate in that charade on that gloomy day are, in their ways, culpable in the greatest crime ever committed against the American people. 

If that dark January day arrives, our struggle for full restoration of the rule of law, elections integrity, and our rights won’t cease.  It simply cannot.  Tyranny, in whatever form and degree, must be defeated.  Liberty is rarer than gold and platinum in this old world.  We are blessed by God as no other people in history.  And being so blessed, we have a solemn duty — an obligation to God — to fight for and win back the America of our founding.  So, shake off discouragement.  Don’t fall prey to defeatism.  Today, and moving ahead — a Trump win or not — we must fight in the spirit of 1776.  Right is on our side, and victory belongs to those who endure.     

In recent days, and increasingly, folk are asking: “What can we do?”  Describing problems and identifying challenges are necessary first steps, but they don’t suffice.  We need ideas for actions, and then action plans.  Then we must act. 

Donald J. Trump’s magnificent presidency and the election theft have galvanized patriots more so than at any time since Pearl Harbor.  We must remain united and act together.  The moment’s passions may subside, but our resolve and unity cannot.  Democrats and the left grasp that unity and coordination are power.  We must grasp that, too.

1. Grousing about the GOP is a pastime.  What’s past time is expecting or relying on the Republican Party to fight for us.  It will not.  It’s time to organize outside of the hidebound two-party monopoly to build a sustainable, effective grassroots movement that surpasses the Tea Party in scope and strength.    

Patriot associations need to form in every county in every state of the nation — most certainly in red counties.  They’d serve as a vanguard.  From these county associations come state organizations.  State organizations would coordinate among themselves to maximize opposition to Washington tyranny;

2. A key demand of the associations: All state election laws that enabled the 2020 elections thefts are to be repealed — not reformed, but repealed.  No more universal mail-in balloting.  Election Day voting only, though absentee balloting for truly exceptional circumstances.  Paper ballots, hand counted.  Voter signature verification mandated.  Full transparency.  Elections integrity is nonnegotiable; 

3. Where states fail to repeal the means of elections fraud, patriot associations will hold shadow elections.  What sense does it make to cast votes in fraudulent elections where the outcomes are predetermined?  Why legitimize shams with our participation?  Give patriots honest alternatives.  Use shadow elections as a means of educating and persuading citizens, while creating “governments in waiting.” 

4. Litigate everywhere and often to defend or attempt to recover our rights.  Do so in multiparty suits and class actions.  Paper local and state governments and the federal government in lawsuits — not frivolous actions, mind you, but relevant, impactful litigation.  Put government on defense. 

5. Protest peacefully en masse wherever protest is warranted: from school board meetings to state capitols to Congress to corporate shareholder meetings — public or private.  We need to be visible and vocal at all times.  In coordination, we need to leverage our dollars to reward or punish businesses and organizations that fall in with the enemies of liberty.

6. Defend victims of Democrat and leftist injustices.  Be they victims of cancel culture, tyrannical state governments, or malicious Democrat prosecutors, stand with innocents who are targeted for ruin or are opportunistically attacked.  Moreover, we mustn’t just play defense.  How, in turn, can we bring cost and pain to the aggressors?  Unless we do so, the attacks won’t stop. 

7. Actively oppose pernicious cancel culture.  Oppose political correctness.  Do so boldly.  Reject leftist language and narratives unceasingly.  Champion honest narratives.  The left learned long ago that owning language is a potent means of controlling people.  We must hold to the truth and never shrink for fear of offending or being poorly judged for nonconformity.  Teach and encourage your children to speak plainly.

8. End the government schools’ monopolies.  Parents need only vote with their feet.  Poisoning the minds of the young is a principal goal of the left.  Leftist toxicity, which is destroying colleges and universities, is infiltrating public school curriculums and cultures.  Public schools are increasingly indoctrination centers for our children.  Work with likeminded parents to create cooperatives that burden-share the time and costs of home schooling.

9. Let’s unite as people of faith, regardless of our religions.  We must never apologize for obedience to God.  We must fight efforts to bully religion from the public square.  We must defy laws that infringe our right to express our faith.  The left isn’t secular; that’s deceiving.  The left is militantly godless.  Leftists hate anyone of faith.  They hate God.  Let’s make “In God We Trust” a rallying cry.       

If our freedoms are imminently endangered, we have a right to advance tougher measures: 

10. State nullification of federal laws.  Extraordinary circumstances give rise to extraordinary measures.  Patriot associations need to educate and build support among fellow citizens for nullification as a means of crippling federal tyranny.

11. America’s version of France’s Yellow Vest uprisings.  Unlike the French, though, we’ll do a better job of hobbling the system, which leads us to:

12. Mass nonviolent civil disobedience.  Henry David Thoreau advocated civil disobedience as a noble means of refusal.  The Civil Rights movement used it powerfully.  Civil disobedience is an act of conscience.  We each first must decide to act according to our principles and beliefs even if it leads to clashes with governments… even if doing so comes with prices to us.  Often, where there are no sacrifices, there are no gains. 

Again, these are a handful of ideas.  Some may work, some may not.  Some may need adjustment or must await developments.  We may find with unfolding events that they are insufficient to meet exigencies. You may have better suggestions.  Please share them.  Let’s develop an operations manual that helps coalesce us patriots into a movement so powerful it proves unstoppable.  Let’s restore America as the shining city on the hill, the last, best hope for freedom in a darkening world.

Peter Navarro is the Director of the Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy. He’s also someone with a clear, logical mind, and a gift for distilling the narrative essence of complicated, disparate facts emerging from the six contested states in this election. The 30-page report, plus six pages of supporting footnotes, sets out the six different kinds of frauds and explains how they appeared in each state. It then concludes that, especially given Biden’s narrow margin of victory in the contested states, removing the fraudulent votes gives Trump an overwhelming victory and a clear Electoral College win.

The report, entitled The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregulatories, is here. The factual discussion can be boiled down to this chart, which lists the different types of irregularities, shows in which states they are known to have occurred, and shows how the fraud vastly exceeds Biden’s alleged “victory” margin:

Many of us are familiar with each of these claimed frauds, but I can guarantee you that none of us have seen them stated with such narrative clarity. The report ties together every aspect of the fraudulent election without confusing the reader or overwhelming him with facts.

It is a masterful analysis. It’s also too long to summarize here. Instead, the remainder of this post quotes Navarro’s topline findings, in which he explains how the system failed, who’s at fault, and what needs to be done if the American experiment is to continue:

• The weight of evidence and patterns of irregularities are such that it is irresponsible for anyone – especially the mainstream media – to claim there is “no evidence” of fraud or irregularities.
• The ballots in question because of the identified election irregularities are more than sufficient to swing the outcome in favor of President Trump should even a relatively small portion of these ballots be ruled illegal.  
• All six battleground states exhibit most, or all, six dimensions of election irregularities. However, each state has a unique mix of issues that might be considered “most important.” To put this another way, all battleground states are characterized by the same or similar election irregularities; but, like Tolstoy’s unhappy families, each battleground state is different in its own election irregularity way.
• This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states rather than any one single “silver bullet” election irregularity.
• In refusing to investigate a growing number of legitimate grievances, the anti-Trump media and censoring social media are complicit in shielding the American public from the truth. This is a dangerous game that simultaneously undermines the credibility of the media and the stability of our political system and Republic.
• Those journalists, pundits, and political leaders now participating in what has become a Biden Whitewash should acknowledge the six dimensions of election irregularities and conduct the appropriate investigations to determine the truth about the 2020 election. If this is not done before Inauguration Day, we risk putting into power an illegitimate and illegal president lacking the support of a large segment of the American people.
• The failure to aggressively and fully investigate the six dimensions of election irregularities assessed in this report is a signal failure not just of our anti-Trump mainstream media and censoring social media but also of both our legislative and judicial branches.
  • Republican governors in Arizona and Georgia together with Republican majorities in both chambers of the State Legislatures of five of the six battleground states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – have had both the power and the opportunity to investigate the six dimensions of election irregularities presented in this report. Yet, wilting under intense political pressure, these politicians have failed in their Constitutional duties and responsibilities to do so – and thereby failed both their states and this nation as well as their party.
  • Both State courts and Federal courts, including the Supreme Court, have failed the American people in refusing to appropriately adjudicate the election irregularities that have come before them. Their failures pose a great risk to the American Republic.
• If these election irregularities are not fully investigated prior to Inauguration Day and thereby effectively allowed to stand, this nation runs the very real risk of never being able to have a fair presidential election again – with the down-ballot Senate races scheduled for January 5 in Georgia an initial test case of this looming risk.

The fate of Western Civilisation, some three thousand years in the making, now hangs by a slender thread. That thread is Executive Order 13848 signed on September 12, 2018.  The background to this is that the US President can make law. As Obama said, he had a “pen and a phone” and that was all he needed to remake the United States.

In the beginning there was Obama’s Executive Order 13694 signed on April 1, 2015. The Executive Order states that there is a national emergency due to malicious cyber-enabled activities originating from outside the United States that “constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States.”

Section 1 of that Executive Order deals with blocking assets. Section 7 states that no notice has to be given in the blocking of assets under Section 1. It appears that blocking of assets has the same meaning as seizing of assets. Executive Order 13694 was not rescinded by President Trump and remains in effect. So assets can be seized without notice.

Executive Order 13757 followed on December 28, 2016. This Executive Order appears to be just one of Obama’s contributions to the Russia hysteria resulting from Hillary Clinton’s loss of the 2016 election. It names five Russian entities and four individual Russians that were sanctioned. The list is a token effort in that it did not affect business between the Obama regime and Russian entities that they wanted to do business with, e.g., Hunter Biden was able to be paid $3.5 million by the wife of the mayor of Moscow.

But it does have wording in it that is very useful in our current circumstances. Part (ii) (E) of Section 1 of that Executive Order directs the seizing of assets of any persons:

“tampering with, altering, or causing a misappropriation of information with the purpose or effect of interfering with or undermining election processes or institutions”

Executive Order 13694 had not mentioned elections.

Part (iii) (B), Section 1 directs the seizing of assets of persons who “materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described” in part (ii). Under Section 1, the Secretary of the Treasury in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of State determines who is complicit for electoral cyber-crimes.

Executive Order 13757 was not rescinded by President Trump, remains in effect and is sufficient to reverse the fraud in the recent presidential election.

A couple of years pass and 91 executive orders later, seemingly unprompted by then contemporary events, Executive Order 13848 was signed by President Trump on September 12, 2018. The executive order is entitled ‘Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election’.

As part justification for the executive order, the president quotes the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment which was a Deep State contribution to the Russia hysteria of the time. This was released on January 6, 2017 to delegitimise the incoming Trump administration. Trump quoted the Deep State’s propaganda against them.

Section 1 says that:

 “Not later than 45 days after a United State election, the Director of National Intelligence in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”; and

“The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.”

The 45 days is up on today, Friday, December 18.  The Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are then are tasked to deliver a report to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report on foreign interference in the election which, amongst other things, will recommend remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government.

This explains why the Republican Party organised alternate slates of electors for the contested states. The remedy that the report by the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are likely to recommend is that on January 6 Vice President Pence recognise the alternate slates when he opens and tallies electoral college votes in order to save the time and expense of new elections in those states.

However, according to the Epoch Times:

ODNI announced late Wednesday that the Intelligence Community (IC) has notified Ratcliffe that they will not meet the Dec. 18 deadline set by President Trump’s executive order to submit the report on foreign threats during the November election as “agencies have not finished coordinating on the product.”

“This afternoon the DNI was notified by career intelligence officials that the Intelligence Community (IC) will not meet the Dec. 18 deadline, set by executive order and Congress to submit the IC’s classified assessment on foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections,” said Schoch.

It is unclear if DNI Ratcliffe will delay his report due to IC stalling.  The path prescribed in Executive Order 13848 relies heavily on the Attorney General. The hapless Jeff Sessions was in that role when 13848 was signed. He was replaced on February 14, 2019 by William Barr. Barr seemed reliable but achieved nothing. The reason he slow-walked everything, couldn’t see corruption in the Hunter Biden laptop etc. became apparent when he recently referred to President Trump as a “deposed king ranting.” Barr outed himself as a Deep State operative too soon, leaves his position on December 23 and so won’t be involved in drafting the report in response to the report by the Director of National Intelligence. The fate of Western Civilisation hangs on such small matters.
