In the city of Dickinson, North Dakota, one man’s brief presence has caused a lot of uproar. More people are showing up to discuss politics, rules are bent and people suddenly have an opinion on matters they couldn’t care less about three months ago. Needless to say, the city of Dickinson needed Ryan Messano. But standing amid the cringiest salad dodgers and those who agree but don’t really wanna say so publicly, isn’t a task meant to be faced by one man alone, but by an organized group of people who answer to none other than God himself.
