Obama’s record as president should not have been surprising given his family background.

His mother, Ann Dunham, worked for U.S. government agencies and allied NGOs–the Ford Foundation, Asia Foundation, Development Alternatives Inc., and United States Agency for International Development (USAID)–in Indonesia in the 1960s and 1970s as well as Ghana, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, and Thailand.

Ann had training in the Russian language which, with everything combined, made her a “CIA recruiter’s wet dream.”[8]

The microfinancing projects that she worked on to help turn traditional craft industries into sustainable businesses were designed to “tether third world masses to the mentality of finance capitalism,” as Obama’s unauthorized biographer put it.

Dunham’s boss at USAID in Indonesia, Dr. Donald Gordon Jr., author of Credit for Small Farmers in Developing Countries for USAID (1976), was identified in Julius Mader’s 1968 book, Who Who’s in the CIA, as a CIA agent.[9]

Ann obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in anthropology at the University of Hawaii, writing a thesis which argued that Indonesian villagers were dynamic and could produce greater wealth if they had access to market incentives and capital.

Ann went to Indonesia in the mid 1960s at the time that the CIA supported a military coup led by General Suharto against the left-wing regime of Sukarno.

Over two million suspected members of the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) were rounded up and massacred in its aftermath and thousands more were imprisoned–many for decades.

Much of Ann’s anthropological and consulting field work was carried out in East and Central Java, which provided a hotbed of support for the PKI–including among members of the Javanese women’s association and labor federation.

The CIA at this time employed anthropologists and development workers as undercover agents to gather information on villagers’ political affiliations, in which Ann, according to her thesis adviser, Alice Dewey, had taken an interest…

CIA Family Connection–Stanley Armour Dunham

Obama’s grandfather Stanley Armour Dunham–who helped raise him–served with the 9th Air Force Division in World War II.

He was pictured in a military uniform with no insignia, which suggests an intelligence unit.

Another photo featured his daughter Ann, with the insignia of an elite school in Lebanon on her shirt in the 1950s, where Stanley may have worked with the CIA or another U.S. government agency.

In the early 1960s, Stanley Dunham was part of a group photo taken with Barack Obama, Sr., on his departure from the University of Hawaii.

Obama Sr. had been part of a State Department/CIA exchange financed in part by the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation that brought future African leaders to the U.S. who were being groomed to serve U.S. interests in the Cold War.

The photo would suggest that Dunham was one of the coordinators of the exchange, indicating work for the State Department or CIA.

According to his official biography, Dunham worked as a furniture salesman for the Standard-Grunbaum Furniture Company, which led to his frequent travel and family moves.

Independent researchers believe, however, that this job was a cover for his work as an intelligence agent, who surveilled radical groups, or military or Air Force production facilities, which is what brought him to Hawaii. 

Dunham’s favorite bar in Honolulu, to which he brought young Barry, perhaps not coincidentally was owned by William J. Lederer, a known CIA agent who wrote the Cold War classic, The Ugly American. Barack Obama, Sr.

Obama’s purported Kenyan-born father, Barack Obama, Sr., had met his mother in 1960 when he was twenty-three and she eighteen in a Russian-language class at the University of Hawaii.

The leader of the opposition Kenyan African Democratic Union (KADU) condemned the exchange Obama was part of for favoring certain tribes–the majority Kikuyu and minority Luo–over other tribes to support the Kenyan African National Union (KANU).

The latter’s leader, Tom Mboya, was a favorite of the CIA and opposed the Pan-Africanist currents on the continent. He was the one who selected Obama Sr. for the scholarship.

Obama Sr. returned the favor by going back to Kenya to work for the Kenyan Finance and Transport Ministries and an oil firm in Kenya before dying in a car crash in 1982. Mboya himself was assassinated in 1969.

Far-fetched as it sounds, Obama Sr. may not have been Obama’s real father.
Obama Sr. and Ann never lived together or had a real wedding, and Obama Sr. had no contact with his son, except for a short two-week visit to Hawaii when Obama was ten, which may have been for the purpose of securing Obama a spot in the coveted Punahou Prep School.[12]

The photo of Stanley and Obama Sr. is suspicious because what father in his right mind would be pictured smiling with the man who impregnated his teenaged daughter and then abandoned her?

There is evidence to suggest that Obama’s real father was Frank Marshall Davis, an African American journalist, sexually libertine poet, political radical and alleged target of Grandpa Dunham’s surveillance.

Obama’s friend Keith Kakugawa told an interviewer that Ann had had an affair with Davis because she was angry that the family had to move to Hawaii, away from her high-school friends who were all attending the University of Washington. Obama’s childhood best friend charged in brutal rape

Ann became pregnant and, to hide the truth, Dunham paid Obama Sr.–whom he knew through the University of Hawaii exchange–to marry Ann, giving him the opportunity to extend his visa to attend Harvard.

Barack eventually found out the truth, writing in his first memoir, Dreams from My Father, that “the visits to Frank’s house always left me feeling vaguely uncomfortable as if I were witnessing some complicated, unspoken transaction between the two men, a transaction I couldn’t understand.”[13]

Obama paid tribute to his actual father in a 1981 poem published in the Occidental College Literary Journal called “Pop,” which attributes to him features that resemble Davis, and references “Pop’s poetry, written before his mother died.”

Barack Sr. was not a poet and, although Stanley dabbled in poetry, Barry called him “gramps” and his mother committed suicide before his eighth birthday.[14] 

One other connection between Obama and the U.S. national security state lies with his grandmother Madelyn–whom Obama called Toot.

Though lacking a college degree, Madelyn rose to the rank of Vice President of the Bank of Hawaii–which suggests she had high level personal connections.

In that job, Madelyn handled escrow accounts used to pay American Cold War clients in Indonesia, Taiwan, the Philippines, South Korea and elsewhere–including through CIA proprietaries.

The Bank of Hawaii further had dealings with Nugan Hand Bank of Australia through which the CIA funded the constitutional coup d’état against Australian Labor Prime Minister Gough Whitlam in 1975.[15]

Covering Up the Truth

Regarding his own story, Obama has promoted falsehoods at every step.

In A Promised Land, he neglects to mention that, after graduating Columbia University in 1983, he worked for about a year for Business International Corporation (BIC), a Manhattan-based consulting house to multinational corporations, where his job was to edit newsletters on business conditions in countries around the world…

An activist with the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) described BIC as the guys who wrote the Alliance for Progress (Marshall Plan for Latin America): “They’re the left-wing of the ruling class.”[18]

Besides underplaying his employment with BIC, Obama in his writings omits the fact that his work as a community organizer was for the Gamaliel Foundation, a satellite of his mother’s old employer the Ford Foundation, whose underlying aim was to prevent class solidarity and the revival of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s inter-racial poor people’s movement.[19]

Obama further leaves out that as an Illinois state senator, he partook in pay-to-play schemes granting favors to political donors like slumlord Tony Rezko who helped him purchase his Hyde Park mansion for below market value, and the CEO of a technology firm, Robert Blacwell Jr., who paid Obama $112,000 in legal fees for work that appears impossible for him to have done.

Obama’s timeline for his life story, meanwhile, is often wrong. In A Promised Land, for example, he claims to have spent three years in New York after transferring from Occidental College to Columbia after his sophomore year; however, it is believed that Obama spent the 1981-1982 school year in Pakistan and only studied at Columbia for one year.[20]

Remember Communism was never a “working class revolt.” It was created by the Illuminati (Kabalistic bankers and British-American bluebloods) to control the common man and enact their one-world dictatorship. 

The textbook suggests that we are currently the subjects of mass hypnosis which relies on trauma through the application of terror. 

“In order to induce a high state of hypnosis in an individual, a group, or a population, an element of terror must always be present on the part of those who would govern.” (Part II, Ch.6)

But if we say so, we are “paranoid.” 

“The by-word should be built into the society that paranoia is a condition “in which the individual believes he is being attacked by Communists.” It will be found that this defense is effective.” (II- Ch 10)

“The populace must be brought into the belief that every individual within it who rebels … against the efforts and activities to enslave the whole, must be considered to be a deranged person …and… be given electric shocks, and reduced into unimaginative docility for the remainder of his days.” (II-Ch.12) 

THE ELITE ART OF BRAINWASHING (i.e. UNIVERSITY EDUCATION)

The textbook suggests that psycho political agents took control of the US in the first decades of the twentieth century.

“In the United States we have been able to alter the works of William James, and others, …and to place the tenets of Karl Marx, Pavlov, Lamarck, and the data of Dialectic Materialism into the textbooks of psychology, to such a degree that anyone thoroughly studying psychology becomes at once a candidate to accept the reasonableness of Communism. 

“As every chair of psychology in the United States is occupied by persons in our connection, the consistent employment of such texts is guaranteed… Educating broadly the educated strata of the populace into the tenets of Communism is thus rendered relatively easy.” (II, Ch. 11) 

The textbook calls these teachers “psycho political operatives” and their role is to brainwash the young. Most humanities and social science professors today are conscious agents, brainwashed dupes, or live in fear of the former.

Communists (elite Satanists) view man as (I quote) “a mechanism without individuality.” He is “basically an animal” with a “civilized veneer.” Like an animal, he can be forced to believe and do anything given the right combination of terror, deception, drugs and brute force. 

The goal of “psycho politics” is to “produce the maximum chaos in the culture of the enemy,” and to “leave a nation leaderless.” 

MORE ABOUT THE PSYCHO POLITICAL OPERATIVE

The textbook advocates the use of doctors, social workers, psychiatrists and the whole field of “mental healing” to bring about the Satanic goal. 

Mental healers are not suppose to heal anyone, and are instructed to drive out competent people. This seems to apply to all doctors today.

“Mental health organizations must carefully delete from their ranks anyone actually proficient in the handling or treatment of mental health.” (II Ch. 9)

“The psycho political operative should also spare no expense in smashing out of existence, by whatever means, any actual healing group, such as that of acupuncture, in China; such as Christian Science, Dianetics and faith healing in the United States; such as Catholicism in Italy and Spain; and the practical psychological groups of England.” (II-9)

The textbook claims Communists took over the Freudian movement and the field of psychoanalysis, which has been “made fashionable,” and is useful because of its “stress on sex.” This serves the purposes of “degradation” and “defamation of character” i.e. blackmail. (II-9)

“Recruitment into the ranks of “mental healing” can best be done by carefully bringing to it only those healing students who are, to some slight degree, already depraved, or who have been “treated” by psycho political operatives. Recruitment is effected by making the field of mental healing very attractive, financially, and sexually.” 

“The promise of unlimited sexual opportunities, the promise of complete dominion over the bodies and minds of helpless patients, the promise of having lawlessness without detection, can thus attract to “mental healing” many desirable recruits who will willingly fall in line with psycho political activities.” (II-13)

Alfred Kinsey is a prime example of the “psycho political operative.” In “The Kinsey Report” (1948) Kinsey influenced heterosexuals to adopt homosexual behaviour by pretending surveys said it was widespread. OTHER PSYCHO POLITICAL OPERATIVES

Clearly “psycho political operatives” have infiltrated all institutions: military, religion, law, mass media, education and business. They have infiltrated all religions and political parties of every stripe. In the US, they are coordinated by the CFR, CIA , the Rockefeller network of Foundations, NGO’s, think tanks, professional associations and Freemasonry. 

Here are some more instructions for these operatives:

“You must work until “religion” is synonymous with “insanity. You must work until the officials of city, county and state governments will not think twice before they pounce upon religious groups as public enemies.” (II-14)

“Movements to improve youth should be invaded and corrupted, as this might interrupt campaigns to produce in youth delinquency, addiction, drunkenness, and sexual promiscuity.” (II-15) Think boy scouts.

Seek out ” the leaders in the country’s future, and educate them into the belief of the animalistic nature of Man. This must be made fashionable. They must be taught to frown upon ideas, upon individual endeavour. They must be taught, above all things that the salvation of Man is to be found only by his adjusting thoroughly to this environment. …Nations, which have high ethical tone, are difficult to conquer. (II-8)

CONCLUSION

As you can see, the gradual degradation of Western society, the obsession with possessions, pleasure, sex (pornography), violence and trivia, is not random or commercial in nature. It is a deliberate preparation for destruction and tyranny.

Politicians are psycho political agents. Their job is to lie and manipulate, i.e. brainwash us. Their masters are a Satan worshipping cabal headed by Jacob Rothschild headquartered in the City of London. They literally own the mass media; what they don’t own they control through advertising. 

This cabal represents a marriage (often literally) between Illuminati Jewish finance and Anglo American “aristocracy.” This cabal is behind Communism, Zionism, Nazism, Liberalism, Socialism, Freemasonry and Feminism. 

These ‘isms play a part in undermining the four pillars of human identity and solidarity: nation, race, religion and family. You can add liberty and private property, which they also intend to abolish (i.e. confiscate.)

It’s all outlined in the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion“ which calls for an “aristocracy of wealth.” This is not a “forgery” and to say so is not anti Semitic. 

Jews have been duped like everyone else. Millions of basically good people are fooled by idealistic-sounding platitudes: “change the world,” “create social justice,” fight the “Patriarchy,” stop “anti Semitism”, defeat “superstition” and bring ” freedom.” 

As Gandhi said, “the devil uses honest people to do his work.” 

We can recognize the moral and natural order by the happiness and health of those who follow it. Only genuinely religious people and conservatives appear willing to defend it. 

You cannot make a deal with the devil. His enticements are only designed to weaken. His intention is to enslave and destroy. 

Civilization depends on the belief that truth is absolute and knowable. The New World Order dictatorship depends on convincing us that truth is whatever they say it is.

These are words were written by J.R. Miller in his book Homemaking. These words are so foreign to most women these days. Young girls aren’t taught homemaking skills when they are growing up. Mothers, please teach them all throughout their childhood to be good homemakers! It will benefit them all of their days. Teach them to keep their rooms clean and tidy. As soon as they are old enough, let them cook by your side. When they’re older, let them begin fixing meals for the family. Teach them how to clean bathrooms and kitchens. They can do the laundry as they get older. All of these skills are vital for running a clean and tidy home.

In past generations, once women were married, they were let go from their jobs. Being a wife and homemaker were valued back then. Everyone knew this was what women needed to put their time and energy in. It’s not only their homes, of course, by into their husbands and children too. This takes a full-time wife, mother, and homemaker. Contrary to popular opinion, these jobs are the most important jobs in the world! Pass on your wisdom about the Lord to your children all along the way. Raising godly offspring brings no greater joy, and this is a full-time job and ministry!

The Good Wife is a Good Housekeeper

Imagine for a moment that your job description involves arresting people for murder and rape. Then imagine that you violate that description by committing murder and rape. Then imagine that you are convicted, sentenced, and serve time in prison for those murders and rapes. Then, once you get out of prison, imagine that this job keeps paying you.

This scenario sounds impossible, right? Well, for most jobs it is impossible, unless you’re a cop — and that money is coming from taxpayers too!

According to a scathing investigative report, tens of millions of dollars are flowing into the bank accounts of criminal cops who violated the laws they’re tasked with upholding.

These are no petty offenses either, as many of these cops have been convicted of heinous crimes like child rape, murder, sexual assault and severe abuses of authority.

Some of the cops have used their badges to steal from the taxpayers who fund their salaries, preying on vulnerable members of their communities. Then after they serve their time for the crime, they get out and those very citizens are forced to continue paying their retirement. In what world is this considered acceptable? In government, that’s where.

According to a recent, analysis, over 350 disgraced cops who dishonored their oaths and stabbed the people they served in the back by committing horrifying felony crimes, are currently receiving, or are eligible to receive their retirement pensions.

The investigation compared pension records obtained through official records requests with the data from Bowling Green State University’s Henry A. Wallace Police Crime Database.

According to the report, these numbers are likely far higher as much of this data is kept secret despite requests. When you read the details below, you’ll understand why that is.

According to the data, just 200 criminal cops who have been convicted of killing, raping, embezzling, and robbing citizens, have taken over $70 million in taxpayer funded benefits. $70 million or $350,000 each for preying on the people they swore an oath to protect. This is just the current payout and according to the report, they stand to receive hundreds of millions more over the course of their retirements.

“There’s got to be a way to hold their feet to the fire,” said D. Bruce Johnsen, a George Mason University law professor emeritus who has studied pension forfeiture specifically for police officers. “If you have more serious penalties for misconduct, you’re going to have less misconduct.”

But when government is the one making the rules, why on Earth would they make rules that could ruin their chances of golden parachutes? The simple answer is, they don’t.

Highlighting this insanity is the fact that Derek Chauvin, who was convicted for murdering George Floyd by kneeling on his neck for 9 minutes, and is currently in prion, remains eligible for $1.5 million in pension when he reaches retirement age.

Other cops like Joseph Hunt, who repeatedly raped his own adopted son over 1,000 times, served just 3.4 years in prison. Since he’s been out, he has collected over $2 million in taxpayer-funded retirement.

Phoenix police officer Richard Polkwas convicted of trafficking in child porn and admitted to downloading and distributing horrifying material of children under the age of 6 being raped. He also plead guilty to attempting to rape a child and served just 7.5 years in prison. Since he reached retirement age, Polk has received over $4 million in taxpayer-funded retirement.

Officer Bradley Wager in Anaheim California pulled over an undocumented immigrant on her way home from work and raped her. When he noticed she was menstruating, he forced himself in her mouth and raped her orally until she vomited. She was one of many victims, some of whom were children.

“I was very affected by what happened to me. It was something very horrible,” one of the victims said at his trial. “What I’d like is for justice to be done … If it was up to me, I would send him to prison for the rest of his life.”

But Wagner didn’t go to jail for life, instead, he served less than four years. He resigned shortly after the victim above made a complaint about her rape and just one month later began collecting his pension. That was in 2005. He has been collection almost six-figures every year since, some of that money coming from his victims.

Based on the way the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has manipulated the classification standards for Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” deaths, many fatalities are being falsely categorized as “unvaccinated” deaths.

Hospitals and laboratories have been given the green light by the CDC to report only those deaths from Chinese Virus injection that occur 14 days or later following the procedure. This means that if a person dies on day 13, for instance, he or she will be classified as an “unvaccinated” death.

Abusing this misclassification standard is how the system is getting away with concealing many vaccine-caused deaths and effectively skewing the official data to push the plandemic narrative.

“This medical fraud and morbid treachery allows [sic] the CDC to continue on with the false narrative that the nation is suffering from a ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated,’” reported Crack Newz.

“People who die from the vaccine are used as props to falsely advertise the need for more of these deadly vaccines.”

Here is how it works: A person who receives one dose of a Fauci Flu shot is still considered to be “unvaccinated” until two weeks after they receive their second dose.

Since the typical time period between the first and second dose is about a month, this means that a person is not considered “fully vaccinated” until about a month and a half after the first shot. Whatever happens during that waiting period, including receiving a “positive” test result, will be officially logged as an “unvaccinated case.”

In the event that symptoms emerge, the resulting sickness is likewise not labeled as a vaccine reaction. Instead, the system automatically classifies it as a “healthy immune reaction,” meaning the jab is supposedly working as intended.

Covidism Is A Cult

Fully vaccinated patients who ask questions about any of this are told as a rule that their issues would have been much worse had they refused the injections in the first place. There is no science to back this narrative, of course, but that is the line they are fed.

“Even though there is no way to compare a vaccine injury with a hypothetical, nonexistent case of illness, vaccinated patients are told to accept this conjecture as fact,” Crack Newz says.

“It doesn’t matter how many drugs the patient needs to manage the pain after they get sick from the vaccine. It doesn’t matter how many times the vaccinated patient needs to see a doctor or seek the ER after being vaccinated.”

As a rule, the CDC does not count any injuries or deaths as “vaccinated” deaths until about 45 days after someone receives their first dose. This ensures that very few vaccinated deaths get logged into the system.

As it turns out – and this is no accident – the vast majority of post-vaccination deaths occur either within the waiting period between the first and second shot or within 14 days following the second shot. This means that only a tiny fraction of vaccine-caused deaths gets classified as such.

This deliberate obfuscation of the data allows the CDC to control the narrative as well as continue pushing more deadly shots as the solution to the problem that these very same shots are creating.

A document called “COVID-19 Enterprise Fraud Construct Timeline: Major Dates, Events, Entities & Legislation” begins in May 2002 when Bush appointed Dr. Elias Zerhouni, born in Algeria, as director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Zerhouni laid much of the groundwork for what would eventually become the plandemicwe currently face.

The 9/11 terrorist attacks, which occurred just months prior to Zerhouni’s appointment by Bush, was part of the scheme. It created the necessary fear that would be used as a catalyst to transform the United States into a mass surveillance state, as well as expand government intrusion into people’s personal lives.

The “war on terror” was birthed out of this process (as well as the Patriot Act), as was a whole new medical infrastructure to supposedly help contain the threat of bioweapons.

In truth, however, the government’s expanded role made it so that career criminals and bioweapons terrorists like Tony Fauci had an easier path to unleashing a later plandemic.

It started with SARS in the early 2000s as the government really started pushing the idea of biological weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). This later morphed into influenza before being handed off to Barack Hussein Obama, who took the reins from Bush and expanded the medical police state apparatus even more.

Bush, Obama Both Laid Groundwork For Development And Release Of Covid

In 2009, Obama completely rewrote America’s biosecurity rules, followed by his imposition of “Obamacare” (Affordable Care Act or ACA), which laid even more of a foundation for the type of medical infrastructure that would later be needed to unleash the Chinese Virus plandemic.

More years went by with Obama cozying up to China, which we now know to be the place where Fauci funneled American taxpayer cash to have SARS-CoV-2 built in a laboratory in Wuhan.

Obama is the one who made it possible for Fauci to send all that cash in the first place, establishing certain exceptions to the domestic prohibition on gain of function research.

These exceptions include allowing American taxpayer monies to be sent over to China to conduct research there that would be illegal to conduct here on U.S. soil.

In early 2016, Peter Daszak of the EcoHealth Alliance came into the picture. Daszak issued a statement of admission that Fauci and the Obama regime had partnered with China to develop SARS-Cov-2 as a bio-WMD.

About a month later, Obama changed the law to include new pandemic preparedness provisions. He and his regime knew full well what was coming, in other words.

Up to 3,200 Catholic priests have sexually abused children in France in recent history, the head of an independent inquiry has said, days before publishing a report on the scope of crimes against minors inside the church.

The independent commission led by former vice president of the Council of State Jean-Marc Sauve was set up by the French Catholic Church in 2018 to study sexual crimes against minors within its ranks.

After going through church archives across the country and conducting interviews, the commission, known by its acronym CIASE, will deliver a 2,500-page report on Tuesday.

Sauve told AFP his team had uncovered between 2,900 and 3,200 pedophile priests and other church members who operated since 1950. He added that it was “a minimum estimate.”

The most terrible thing for me was to see the most absolute of evils – an attack on the physical and mental integrity of children – which is to say a work of death perpetrated by people whose mission was to bring life and salvation.

“Between the 1950s and the 1970s, the church was completely indifferent to the victims. They didn’t exist, the suffering of children was ignored,” Sauve told Le Journal du Dimanche on Saturday, adding that clerics were greatly interested in protecting the church and retaining offenders in the priesthood.

Europe 1 radio cited sources saying that the estimated number of potential victims mentioned in the report will be well over 100,000. This is 10 times higher than the previous estimate put forward by the commission in March.

The Catholic Church across the world has been rocked by numerous high-profile cases involving the sexual abuse of minors by priests in recent decades.

The Vatican toughened its laws against sex offenders in the clergy this year in response to a 2020 independent report finding that senior church officials had failed to act on reports of crimes against children in the past.

There’s an ER doctor who wants all of his nurses to get the Covid vaccination, but 50 percent refuse to get it. They’ve been taking care of Covid patients for the past year and a half and have seen that those dying from it are mostly obese and unhealthy. They don’t trust the vaccine. The doctor said that he can’t look those nurses in the eye and tell them that they’re safer with the vaccine than without it, since the powers that be are not allowing enough evidence about it out. He doesn’t blame them.

People are dying from Covid, and they’re dying from the vaccine. Those dying from Covid are mostly obese and unhealthy. Those dying from the vaccine can be in great health. A young and healthy mother with two young children recently died after getting the shot from massive amounts of blood clots. What are we to do? Be as healthy as possible, then leave our lives in God’s hands. We are all promised death one day. We must trust Him when He wants to take us home.

I prefer to trust my own immune system, even though it is weakened from all I have been through, rather than a vaccine which has failed animal studies and the long-term side effects are unknown. I try to stay as healthy as I can, but ultimately I trust the Lord with my life. We aren’t to fear viruses, diseases, persecution, or even death; for God has not given us a spirit of fear. When we die, we will be ushered into the presence of the Lord. However, we must be wise. Feed your family as healthy as you can!

I encourage you to follow the doctor on Instagram or Facebook that I listed above. Research the Weston A Price site and gain knowledge of what to eat. Cut out junky oils like highly processed safflower, sunflower, and soy oils. Eat coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, and butter instead. Cut out white sugar completely if you can. It causes cancer, diabetes, and a host of other health issues. Use raw honey, coconut sugar, and pure maple syrup instead. Make things at home from scratch. By doing this, you know what’s in your food. It’s far superior than restaurant or take-out food. Grow some of your own food if you can. Buy organic meats, fruits, and vegetables. Costco sells a lot of these now. I buy all of my fruits and vegetables at a locally owned health food stores that gets that gets their produce locally.

Do the best you can, women. Remind yourself often that this is not our home. Our home is on the perfect new earth with Jesus Christ. We are pilgrims and strangers passing through, but even so, I prefer to eat food as close to how He made it for us to eat. His ways are perfect!
